  First off, the tube packaging makes it convenient to use. The application is smooth, and it absorbs surprisingly well. When I gently pat a small amount onto blemish-prone areas, it sinks in quickly. While it doesn't make blemishes disappear instantly, I noticed that when I applied it before bed, the redness was noticeably reduced by morning. Applying it again the next day, the redness diminished even more. My skin tends to be dry, so it's on the oilier side, but I saw positive results after using it morning and night for about two days.

  Cons

  There wasn't anything particularly disappointing about it. However, I had a bit of a 'wishful thinking' moment - it would be more convenient for storage if the cap were wider, allowing the tube to stand upright on its end.

  1. Texture: It has a soothing cream-like texture that feels like applying water when you spread it. This made it very comfortable to apply on the face, and I felt a strong sense of hydration. Also, it doesn't feel like it's sitting on top of the skin. 2. Effects: Recently, my skin has been really acting up due to lack of proper sleep. While I'm not sure if it helps with blemishes, I noticed that it quickly calms redness!! 3. Packaging: The container has a pointed tip, which made it easy to apply to specific areas. It was also convenient to apply directly to the skin.

  Personally, I liked how lightweight it was, but some people might feel that it evaporates too quickly or that there's no cooling sensation, making it hard to tell if it's working.

  My skin had been acting up recently, so I applied this product diligently morning and evening. As a result, my skin calmed down and became much more settled!! I was especially thorough in applying it during my nighttime skincare routine!! In the morning, since I use this product along with lotion, there was a slight pilling effect, I have to admit.

  Absorbs well: The texture is similar to aloe, making it easy to apply, so the absorption was excellent! Hydration: In my experience, the hydration was just okay. I'm not sure if it was due to previously applied products, but it felt like I had to keep patting for a while for it to absorb..? Scent: From my perspective, there wasn't a strong smell unless you really tried to sniff it! Effectiveness: While the effects weren't dramatically noticeable, it definitely has a soothing effect! I used it consistently every day after receiving the product, and my redness significantly decreased and blemishes were noticeably calmed.

  Other people also mentioned feeling dryness, and I can confirm there is a bit of a drying effect.

  For those with very dry skin, I recommend applying another product after using this serum.

  As someone with a lot of small bumps, I find this doesn't clog my pores and seems to be good for calming my skin. Although it's a spot serum, I have so many blemishes that I just apply a thin layer all over my cheeks and forehead. It stings quite a bit when applied after squeezing a pus-filled pimple, but the next day I can see it's somewhat soothed. The texture makes it easy to apply.

  There's no dramatic effect, though that's true for most skincare products. Also, it's a bit disappointing that it contains two potential allergens.

  Texture: It's a lightweight, transparent gel-type formula with absolutely no oiliness! It absorbs quickly after a few rubs, making it easy to apply. Most importantly, the effects: I have combination sensitive skin prone to both whiteheads and cystic acne (it's a nightmare!). After showering and applying my usual toner and emulsion, I generously applied this product to my forehead and cheeks where I typically get whiteheads. Thankfully, it didn't cause any new breakouts! After using it daily for just over a week, I noticed it had a calming effect on whiteheads and small blemishes. The Hwahae Testers would approve! Scent: There's a slight cool tea tree scent, but due to the light texture, it wasn't noticeable or bothersome after application. Application: As mentioned, it's a transparent gel-type that absorbs lightly. I could feel a pleasant cooling effect when applying!

  Cons

  First, be aware that it contains two potential allergens, so check the ingredients carefully before purchasing. Unfortunately, it didn't show much effect on cystic acne.

  The Hwahae Testers review: I had blemishes around my chin and mouth due to wearing a mask. After applying this for 5 evenings in a row, they seemed to subside a bit faster than usual. It's a non-dripping gel type (similar to aloe soothing gel), which made it easy to apply. When applied, it gave a slightly warm and cool sensation. The scent is tea tree oil, but there's also a hint of sweetness to it.

  Cons

  I have combination skin, and while I didn't feel much tightness on my chin area, when I applied it near my cheeks, it felt a bit dry and tight, so I layered cream on top. It has a slightly slippery texture and absorbs (or dries?) slowly. When I used it in the morning, perhaps because I didn't give it enough time to absorb or used too much, my makeup pilled. So from the second day onwards, I only used it in the evening.

  Tip

  It's best to apply a small amount with a light touch. Since it doesn't provide hydration, use it after applying moisturizer or use it as a spot treatment, let it absorb, and then apply your moisturizer.

  Let me start by describing my skin. I originally had acne-free skin, but suddenly it flipped and became prone to severe pustules and whiteheads. It was quite a shock! The positives: • Scent: A cool, refreshing tea tree fragrance that's subtle and pleasant! • User-friendly applicator: The tube design makes it easy to control the amount. The rounded tip is great for patting the product onto the skin. • Absorbs well: It glides on smoothly - just apply and pat it in, and you're done! • Soothing effect: When applied to red, sensitive skin, you can see it calming down after a short while.

  Cons

  • Dryness: This is probably the biggest drawback. My dermatologist advised me to only use cream and rich emulsion, so I've been using just Physiogel cream. I didn't notice any dryness with just the cream, but when I add this product, I can feel my skin getting dry. • Minimal effectiveness: To be honest... I didn't see much of an effect. Maybe because I have pustular acne, but it just made my skin dry without any noticeable improvements...

  Tip
