I've written a review after using it too much for headaches. Originally, I was doing scalp massages with rosemary oil to prevent hair loss, but I found this at Aromatica. I was curious, so I bought it and it suits me well, so I've been using it consistently. Spraying it on before washing and drying your hair gives a cooling effect and it's great. I used to use a scalp cooling spray in the summer, but that made my scalp too cold and uncomfortable (it was a bit stinging). This has a pleasantly moderate cooling sensation without any of that.
