The cooling sensation is excellent as soon as it is sprayed on the hair.

Originally, I had very thick hair, so I bought this product once to manage my scalp. I used it consistently for about 2 weeks, and when I washed my hair, a lot of hair fell out, so I kept using it, thinking it was due to stress. But when I stopped using this product, hardly any hair fell out when I washed it. I even got pimples on my scalp for the first time while using this product...haha
