Spraying it on before drying your hair can help reduce heat damage and add a nice fragrance! And using it consistently seems to be giving my hair more volume! A friend I recommended this to also says her hair volume has definitely improved since using it. It seems to strengthen the hair roots, which is contributing to the volume boost. Even if it didn't have that effect, the fragrance and overall feel-good experience has me continuing to use it regularly!
