  A little goes a long way - you can cover your entire face with just a small amount! It seems to provide great hydration too.

I loved how it gave a burst of hydration after applying it twice. When I followed this product with a hyaluronic acid ampoule, my skin truly felt saturated with moisture. It seems perfect for summer use.

  It's not suitable to use alone after toner. For some reason, when I applied this product, my skin felt a slight burning sensation - perhaps my skin was in a sensitive state at the time. It doesn't seem gentle enough for use when your skin is sensitive. I don't think it would be good for those with super sensitive skin. Honestly, my skin calmed down a bit when I stopped using it for a while... Also, while it absorbs quickly, which is nice, it does leave a slightly sticky feeling.

  For a great summer skincare routine with deep hydration: apply toner, then this product twice with gentle strokes, followed by three drops of hyaluronic acid ampoule all over your face.

  For dry and super sensitive skin, I only applied toner and this cream before bed. After using it for two weeks, I had no blemishes, and my face felt hydrated when I woke up in the morning! Even in summer, I just applied this after my skincare routine and before sunscreen, then went straight to makeup. It didn't cause any pilling and kept my skin so moisturized - I love it! I'll definitely repurchase.

  First off, the hydration power is truly outstanding. My skin is not only dehydrated deep down, but also extremely dry on the surface, causing it to flake even in summer. Most products just don't cut it for me, leaving my skin feeling parched. But this product? It's a game-changer! While it might not absorb lightning-fast, it's still pretty good for a hydrating product. When I apply this before makeup, the Inner Glow is phenomenal... You can enjoy radiant, dewy skin all day long!

  It's a bit disappointing that absorption isn't super quick. I have to apply it about 3 minutes before makeup, really work it into my skin, and then start my makeup routine, which can be a bit inconvenient. Also, the scent isn't really my style. But other than that, I'm extremely satisfied!

  ☆The Hwahae Testers Review☆ I don't usually use emulsions, but after winning the Hwahae Testers selection, I used it consistently for about 2 weeks! I have normal skin and I'm not particularly sensitive. ❤Hydration Normally, I apply products in the order of toner>ampoule>cream, but since this product felt a bit rich, I only used toner>First Essence for these 2 weeks! Perhaps because it's an emulsion with essence, it prevented moisture loss, so I didn't even need to use a cream! ❤Easy to Use It was fine without applying an additional cream! It might feel this way because it's summer and my skin tends to produce more oil...

  Cons

  Oiliness... It's both a pro and a con... I didn't like the feeling of a film forming on my skin. When I used ampoule>cream, it felt like my skin was fully hydrated and moisturized, but with just this First Essence in Emulsion, it seemed like my skin became oilier? It's fine when I'm at home, but when I applied this several times before makeup, my foundation started to separate. It's not terrible to use, but I don't think it's necessary to replace what I'm already using.

  Tip

  It was great for use at home! If you're not going out, nothing could be more convenient than this.
