On days when I don't have to go out, I make an effort to wash my hair as much as possible in the evening before going to bed. And since diet is also really important for hair loss, be sure to consume plenty of protein and vegetables, and avoid flour and carbonated drinks. In addition to managing your diet, be sure to take nutritional supplements as well.

The shampoo itself has a cooling sensation due to the menthol ingredient. On days when my scalp is really sensitive (due to seasonal changes, etc.), it sometimes itches after washing. Since my scalp is naturally quite dry, I can't help it. That's why I also purchase a hair tonic and spray it on my scalp.

I've been using it for a year now, and the cleansing power is good, and the scent is neutral without any strong likes or dislikes, so it's nice to keep using it! I really like the 'Bio-3' shampoo much better than Polygen when it comes to my preference of rinsing the scalp until it feels squeaky clean when shampooing.
The anti-hair loss shampoos (including the ones with beer yeast) take a very long time to rinse the scalp until it feels thoroughly clean. Even the Dr. Forhair Polygen left a slick feeling for a while when rinsing, but the Bio shampoo rinses off quickly and leaves my scalp feeling refreshed. The hair loss effects are similar to the existing Polygen, so the Bio product is the winner! 👍🏻
