Scalp type: A typical scalp that's neither particularly oily nor noticeably flaky with dead skin cells. Usage experience: My hair tends to be quite dry, but I heard that scalp care should come first, so I decided to try this shampoo. When you massage it in for about 2-3 minutes, you start to feel a cool, minty sensation. The fragrance is also reminiscent of a refreshing herbal scent that seems to enhance the cooling effect. Since it's a shampoo that's good for the scalp, it tends to make the hair feel a bit stiff. If you rinse the shampoo off after just 1 minute, you won't experience its unique cooling sensation. It's best to leave it on for about 2-3 minutes. - ky**********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 16, 2025
After 3 months of use 🧼1. Produces good lather. :⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When I tried various anti-hair loss shampoos, the lack of lather was a downside, but the Dr. Poheir product produces lather comparable to regular shampoos. -> The shampoo is not sticky when applied. 🧼2. Fragrance ⭐:️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There is no typical anti-hair loss shampoo scent. It has a fairly pleasant fragrance. 🧼3. Cooling sensation :⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Scalp cooling is important, so I always try to use a cooling shampoo with mint ingredients. The cooling sensation is very good. Even with a scalp that is desensitized to cooling shampoos, I can clearly feel the refreshing effect when I use this one! 🧼4. Hair loss :⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can't say for sure about the most important factor of hair loss, so I gave it 3 points, but based on feedback from my family, the general consensus is that hair loss has decreased. 🧼5. Hair stiffness ❌ : ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Some anti-hair loss shampoos make the hair very stiff, requiring a conditioner, but this is not the case with this product, which I found very satisfactory. This is the best anti-hair loss shampoo I've used so far in terms of user experience! The volume seems a bit small compared to the price! Since the shampoo is used by the whole family, it gets used up quickly.. It seems like we've already used up about one and a half bottles. I'd recommend buying it when it's on sale or through home shopping channels. - kp********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMay 15, 2025

My hair was thinning at the crown, but it's improved significantly since I started using this shampoo. I didn't have any complaints personally, but my girlfriend mentioned that this shampoo made her scalp itchy. - de****Dry SkinInner DrynessApr 15, 2025
It's clean and nice. I love that it doesn't make my hair sticky or flat. After using it, I get a hive-like reaction. Sometimes it even causes pimples that look like pustular acne. - 67******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 14, 2025
The fragrance is absolutely delightful, and it gives my hair such a boost. It's honestly the best anti-hair loss shampoo I've ever used. I'm completely satisfied with this shampoo overall, so there's nothing I can really complain about. - mc********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 19, 2025
In my early 20s, I experienced hair loss due to extreme dieting. I thought it would be temporary, but recovery was slow, and my hair became increasingly fine. My mom also has hair loss issues, so genetics likely play a role - I might have experienced thinning even without the diet. I've always had a slightly M-shaped hairline, but as the hair loss progressed, my hairline receded and my forehead appeared wider, causing me a lot of stress. I considered visiting a hair loss clinic, but after reading about potential side effects, I decided against it. Hair loss treatments, whether topical or oral, can cause skin aging, acne, and potential birth defects. My mom's doctor even advised against such treatments for women planning to have children. So, I decided to try a home care routine combining shampoo and scalp massage. With so many hair loss shampoos on the market, it was tough to choose. I settled on Dr. For Hair Bio 3 line because of its clinical results showing a 91.4% reduction in hair loss. They use capsules 2500 times smaller than pores for better absorption. I bought it with cautious hope, and as I used it, I felt my hair becoming stronger. Before, I'd lose so much hair when washing that I always had to clean the drain, but with Bio 3, the shedding noticeably decreased. I'm truly grateful for its effectiveness! The shampoo has a cooling effect due to its menthol content. On days when my scalp is particularly sensitive (like during seasonal changes), it can sometimes feel a bit itchy after washing. I think this is unavoidable due to my dry scalp. To combat this, I've also purchased a hair tonic that I apply to my scalp. For preventing and alleviating hair loss symptoms, washing your hair at night rather than in the morning is said to be more effective. However, this isn't always practical when you have to go out. I try to wash my hair in the evening and sleep with it clean on days when I don't have plans to go out. Diet is also crucial for managing hair loss. I'm making an effort to eat more protein and vegetables while avoiding flour-based foods and carbonated drinks. Don't forget to take supplements too! - gj********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMar 12, 2025
I've been using this for a year now, and I love it! The cleansing effectiveness is great, and the scent is pleasantly neutral, making it easy to use consistently. I used to struggle with seborrheic dermatitis, which caused hair loss and inflammation. I was constantly getting steroid prescriptions, but since settling on this product, I'm not completely cured, but I've definitely reduced my visits to the doctor. It's also been a huge help with my hair loss issues. I highly recommend this to anyone dealing with seborrheic dermatitis like I was! While I really enjoy the current scent, it would be nice if they released some other fragrance options too! Use a silicone scalp brush while washing, then leave it on for about 3 minutes before rinsing. - gh********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 1, 2025
I have an oily scalp, and after using this product, my hair loss has really decreased! After use, I noticed some stiffness in my hair, but it wasn't too bothersome. - he********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJan 18, 2025
[Skin type: Extremely dry hands, dry feet, extremely dry lips, oily scalp, combination dehydrated skin on face, dry body] [Complexion between 23-24 shades, concerned about makeup settling into under-eye wrinkles, lip line discoloration, brown dark circles, good skin texture but troubled by pores, no major blemishes but severe redness on cheekbones] • The scent is pleasantly mild • It lathers up well • Has a nice cooling effect • Leaving the lather on for about 3 minutes seems to improve absorption of ingredients and cleansing of scalp and hair • Definitely noticed an improvement in hair volume • Hair texture is just right - not too stiff and not too slippery While the feel is nice, I'm not thrilled with the ingredients. So instead of using it daily, I use it about twice a week when I want that extra clean feeling.
