  It's more moisturizing and provides longer-lasting hydration than Illiyoon's basic light blue product.

  Cons

  It was fine on my body, but immediately after applying it to the backs of both hands, I suddenly felt itchy. When I looked, I noticed redness and small, millet-like hives that resembled dyshidrotic eczema blisters popping up. I'm not sure which ingredient caused this allergic reaction.

  The absorbs well is top-notch! It's incredibly hydrating, leaving the skin feeling very moisturized. My baby has dry eczema, and I haven't found anything better than this yet. When we stop using steroid ointments, the symptoms flare up again, so I'm trying to manage with just basic skincare products. I plan to keep using this for a while.

  So far, I don't have any major complaints! I vaguely remember hearing that Illiyoon cream contains substances that may cause precocious puberty, which worries me a bit. However, I don't see ingredients like ginseng or wild ginseng listed in the components.

  I tried this when I developed itching and nummular eczema all over my face and body. While it didn't eliminate the itching instantly, it gradually disappeared! It absorbs well when applied and leaves my skin feeling hydrated!

  I wish they would make a larger size like the Ultra Repair Emulsion!
