It's also great for those sensitive to fragrances as it doesn't have a strong scent. What I found most satisfying was how long-lasting the hydration is.
ConsThe only slight drawback was that after applying the cream, there was a bit of a slippery feeling left on the skin, which wasn't ideal.

The hydration was excellent too. I prefer fragrance-free products, so I was satisfied with that aspect as well. I applied it to my child's skin rash, and it calmed down, which I'm thrilled about.
ConsDue to its moisturizing properties, it feels slightly sticky and slippery. It might be better to apply it before bed rather than during the day.
TipI found it particularly effective on areas with rashes.

As I've gotten older, even after showering, my dry skin on the back of my hands and body has been bothering me. I'm hoping Illiyoon can help manage this. The cream comes in a pump-type container, allowing you to use every last drop of the white emulsion. It spreads easily over the entire skin with just a few strokes, coating without any stickiness. There's a slight slip left on the skin, but it feels more like smoothness. Areas that used to look flaky due to dryness now appear calmer and feel silky smooth. When you wash your hands, there's a slippery feeling without oiliness, and the moisturizing barrier doesn't disappear with just water. It seems to moisturize quite deeply, not just on the surface. Even after drying off, it feels like wearing thin, soft nitrile gloves. I'm hoping that with continued use, it will help restore my damaged skin barrier and possibly reduce the discomfort from itching. It's free from 7 animal-derived ingredients, mineral oil, parabens, synthetic dyes, fragrances, imidazolidinyl urea, and triethanolamine. It has passed pediatric, dermatological, self-sensitive panel, and allergy tests. That's why our whole family, including our 3 and 5-year-olds, is using it together.
ConsThis product has so many advantages that it's hard to find any downsides, but some might find the slight slipperiness a bit bothersome.
TipAs I often care for the kids, I sometimes worry about the emulsion on my palms, but I find that just rinsing my palms lightly with water takes care of it.

It gives your skin a radiant glow. It's especially effective on rough feet, providing instant relief. Here's another plus! When my kids' skin gets dry, regular emulsions often lead to quick dryness and itching, requiring multiple applications. But since using the Red Itch Care Cream, we haven't had that issue. After bath time, they don't complain about itchiness anymore. Another great point is that the fragrance isn't overpowering - it's almost unscented. Even though it has a slight powder scent, I prefer this for the kids as I'm not fond of strong fragrances in their skincare.
ConsAfter application, while not sticky, it does leave a slightly slick feeling. If you apply it to your feet, you might leave footprints as you walk around... oops!
TipHaving had children and getting older, I've noticed the skin on my feet, especially around the heels, has become quite rough. So I generously apply the Red Itch Care Cream, massage it in, and wear socks for a while. It makes my feet feel as soft as a baby's!

It's quite good in terms of hydration. It's perfect for slathering generously on arms and legs. The pump works well too.
ConsIt feels more oily than hydrating, so it doesn't absorb to leave a powdery finish. It leaves a greasy residue on your palms, making them slippery (I deducted one star for this). I've had a slightly dry patch on my back recently, and even with diligent application, it doesn't quite tackle that issue. While the pump dispenses a generous amount, the container itself is relatively small in comparison.
TipAfter showering at night, I slather it all over my body before putting on my pajamas.

During dry seasons, we both experience intense itching on the outer part of our calves, often unconsciously scratching until we draw blood. As a body emulsion, we've been using Physiogel Daily Moisture as our go-to, and for areas with severe itching, we've relied on Physiogel AI. The AI version tends to soothe itching well. When I saw an Illiyoon product with 'itch-relief functionality' available through The Hwahae Testers, I was curious about its effectiveness and applied. After being selected, I used it for about a week. Absorption: Among the three products mentioned, this one is the richest. It glides on smoothly and feels more luxurious. Absorption: Despite its rich texture, you can feel it absorbing well into the skin. Hydration: True to its claim as an 'itch-relief functional cream', it seems to provide excellent hydration. After application, itching symptoms noticeably improve, and during the week of nightly use after showering, we didn't experience any itching episodes.
ConsThis might be a matter of personal preference, but... While it absorbs quickly after application, I'm not particularly fond of the slick feeling on my hands during application, so this aspect is a bit disappointing for me. The pump dispenser has a wide, flat top, which is comfortable to press with your palm, but it makes controlling the amount of product a bit challenging.

I often get cholinergic urticaria when I drink too much coffee or exfoliate for too long. My skin is mostly dry except in summer. Application areas: I started by testing small amounts on my hands, then body, neck, and finally face. (I was hesitant to apply it directly to my face as it's very sensitive and prone to inflammatory acne.) After one week of use: My hands are particularly troublesome and can't tolerate most hand creams. I constantly have hangnails and paronychia, which worsen in cold weather. Except for Sidmool's Jojoba Hand Cream, everything else seemed to make my hangnails worse. However, the Jojoba cream takes a while to absorb and feels heavy in summer, so I was looking for alternatives. The Red Itch Care Cream has good absorption and, most importantly, keeps my skin moisturized for an incredibly long time. True to its name ('Red Itch'), it has significantly improved my skin itchiness after use. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product.
ConsThe finish feels a bit slippery, but I didn't mind it. While it may vary depending on skin type, I think this would be excellent for those with dry skin.
TipFor a richer feel, try mixing it with jojoba oil. For a lighter finish, blend it with aloe soothing gel. If used creatively, this could become a go-to product.

Usually, when we apply our regular emulsions or creams, it's not long before we start scratching due to itchiness. But since using Illiyoon, we haven't complained about itching for quite a while. It does feel a bit slippery due to its rich texture, but for our dry skin, we're really satisfied. The scent is also pleasant overall. I tried it on my hands, which are also prone to dryness, and it was amazing. Even though I apply hand cream daily, my hands usually dry out and crack quickly, but with this, they stay hydrated for longer periods.
ConsThe rich texture might make it slippery for kids to apply on their own.

When it comes to products for babies, ingredients are crucial, and this one's a no-brainer! It contains excellent components for soothing itchiness, providing hydration, and strengthening the skin barrier, so you can use it with peace of mind. Being fragrance-free, babies don't show any aversion to it. I love that it's not sticky when applied to the body or face. In my experience, tube-type products can be a bit challenging to apply when babies are rolling around and moving (I tend to get it all over the place). The pump-type packaging makes it so easy to apply without making a mess everywhere. Plus, some pump products can be hard to press, but this one dispenses product effortlessly with just a light touch.
ConsWhile it's not sticky, there is a slight slippery feeling after application. There's no locking mechanism on the pump, so if you accidentally leave it within reach of your baby... well, you might experience a bit of chaos that day.
TipFor areas that need extra hydration, it might be good to apply two or three more pumps.

Even though I've only used it for one day, I can already tell it's fantastic for extremely dry skin! My skin used to be so dry and flaky that I'd unconsciously scratch it, but after applying this, I noticed I'm scratching less. That's a big plus in my book!
ConsThe downside is that it might be a bit too oily. It feels quite slippery, so if you have oily skin, it might feel even more slippery. I'm worried it might make acne worse. The texture feels quite heavy on the skin. I wish it had a lighter formula.
TipIt's great for applying to areas like calves and thighs that tend to chafe and crack severely during the winter when skin gets extremely dry. Highly recommended for those trouble spots!
