Pros
I have sensitive skin but it worked well without any breakouts. The moisturizing effect was also good. I prefer unscented products and I'm satisfied with that aspect as well. I applied it to the area where my child had a skin rash, and it subsided, so I'm very satisfied.

I have always had skin prone to itchiness, but I discovered Illiyoon's 'Itch Relief Functional Cream'. As I've gotten older, my skin has become dry after bathing, and the white, flaky skin on the backs of my hands and body has been a concern. But I'm hoping Illiyoon can help manage this. The cream comes in a white lotion form in a pump-type container that can be used up completely. With just a few pumps, it spreads well over the entire skin and coats without any stickiness. There is a slight slipperiness overall, but it can be considered a smooth glide. The flaky, whitish areas that used to stand out due to dryness have settled down and become softly smooth. Even after washing my hands with water, the moisturizing layer doesn't disappear without a trace. It seems to deeply hydrate, not just superficially. Even after patting dry, my skin feels as soft and thin as wearing nitrile gloves. If continued use helps restore my damaged skin barrier, I hope the distress from the itchiness will also be reduced. It is free of 7 animal-derived ingredients, mineral oils, parabens, synthetic dyes, fragrances, imidazolidinyl urea, and triethanolamine, and has passed pediatric, dermatological, self-sensitivity panel, and allergy tests. So I'm currently using it with my 3 and 5-year-old children and the whole family.

Pros
A small amount covers the entire body well, and after application, the skin feels soft and supple. The skin glows. Especially when applied to rough feet, the improvement is immediate. And one more thing! When my children's skin gets dry, just applying lotion would cause it to dry out quickly and become itchy. I would have to reapply it a few times, but since using the Red Itch Care Cream, that has never happened again. After bathing and applying the cream, I never experienced that itchiness again. Another good point is that the fragrance is not overpowering. It's almost fragrance-free. Even if it had a powder-like scent, I preferred it over strongly scented products for my children.

This moisturizer has a good richness level, so it doesn't feel itchy on my dry skin. The moisturizing effect is quite nice. It's great for applying generously all over my arms and legs. The pump works well.

It feels more oily than hydrating, so it doesn't absorb into the skin smoothly. There's a greasy residue left on my palms (this is why I took off one star). My 8-year-old child and I, a 40-year-old, used this product together. During the dry season, both of us often experienced severe itching on the outer part of our calves, leading to unconscious scratching and even bleeding. As a basic body lotion, we used the Physiogel Daily Moisture, and for the areas with severe itching, we used the Physiogel AI. The AI product helped soothe the itching effectively. I saw that the Illiyoon product had 'itch relief functionality' on the Hwahae Trial Reviewer, so I was curious about its performance and applied to try it, and I was selected to use it for about a week. Spreadability: Among the three products mentioned earlier, this one is the richest in texture. So it spreads very smoothly and evenly. Absorption: Despite its smooth and creamy texture, it absorbs well into the skin. Moisturizing: True to its 'itch relief functionality' claim, this cream provides excellent moisturization. After applying it, the itching symptoms significantly improved, and during the daily evening shower routine, the itching did not occur at all.
Cons

Especially in the winter, my 34-year-old mother and 6-year-old and 3-year-old children used it. Normally, when I apply the lotion or cream I usually use, it starts to itch and I end up scratching it after a while. But after using the Illyoon product, they didn't complain about itchiness for a long time. It does feel a bit slippery due to the oily texture, but we were satisfied with how it hydrated our dry skin. We're also overall satisfied with the scent. I tried it on my hands too, and it worked really well. My hands used to get dry quickly even after applying hand cream, but after using this, they stayed moisturized for a little while at least.

First of all, the ingredients are amazing!!! As it's a product to be used with babies, the ingredients are really important, and I can't emphasize that enough!! It contains ingredients that are excellent for itchiness, moisture/hydration, and skin barrier strengthening, so you can use it with confidence. It's also fragrance-free, so babies use it without any aversion. When applied on the body or face, it doesn't feel sticky at all, which I really liked. In my experience, tube-type products can be a bit cumbersome when babies are rolling around and moving, as you have to squeeze it out (and it often gets all over the tube too;;). But this pump-type is great because it doesn't get messy all over the place, and the pumping action is super easy💕 And some pump products are hard to press down, but this one just requires a light, gentle press to dispense, which is awesome 👍🏻👍🏻

I've heard from someone I know that Illiyoon has great moisturizing properties, and I started using it. Even though I've only used it for one day, it seems to work really well for my severely dry skin! My skin has a lot of flaky dead skin, and I tend to scratch it unconsciously, but after applying it, the urge to scratch has decreased, which is great~!

The disappointing part was that it felt too oily... Since it's quite slippery, it might feel even more slippery for those with an oily skin type. I also have a feeling it might worsen my acne. It feels a bit heavy on the skin, you know? I wish it came out a bit more lightly.
