  A generous amount that packs a punch for its price, with a gentle-as-can-be feel The 128ml tube cream is convenient to use With itch-relief properties, vegan certification, and extreme sensitivity panel testing completed, it's about as close to zero irritation as you can get Its nearly fragrance-free formula allows for liberal application without discomfort, and its texture isn't overly thick, making it easy to spread I thought this might be suitable for those struggling with atopic dermatitis As someone with extremely dry skin, this is my year-round go-to. Highly recommended for those with dry skin

  While it's such a mild product that there aren't really any downsides, if I had to pick one, it's that it may not be rich enough for extremely dry skin on its own, so an additional moisturizing layer might be needed

  I bought a small size first because I heard it's good for improving itchiness. It's not an extremely thick cream, but it applies smoothly and absorbs well. I used it as a face cream when my skin was feeling sensitive or experiencing deep dryness, and also applied it on itchy skin after showering. It provided better hydration than regular moisturizers, and seemed to soothe mild itching to some extent. I also appreciated that it's fragrance-free. While it might not be as effective as MD creams, it's a decent product considering its price.

  There wasn't a significant difference compared to other Illiyoon emulsions. I wish it was a bit thicker like a balm or provided even better hydration.

  Lately, I've been experiencing more blemishes than usual, and my skin has been looking dull. My overall skin condition hasn't been great, and even my go-to cosmetics have started to irritate my skin. It seemed like applying products to my troubled areas only made things worse. So, I decided to try the Red Itch Care Cream, hoping it might help. After using it, I can definitely say it has a soothing effect. Despite the weather getting warmer, I found that just applying toner and this cream was enough to keep my skin from feeling dry. The texture isn't thick; it's more like a soft emulsion that absorbs well. I've been layering the Cure Balm over this cream on my problem areas. After three days of use, I can say it's gentle and effective at calming my skin without causing any irritation.

  Cons

  There's nothing I dislike about it so far. I got it on sale, so the price was quite reasonable too.

  Tip

  I've found that applying the Care Cream first, then layering the Cure Balm on top of troubled or problem areas seems to work even better!

  1. It's not extremely thick, but it has a nice rich consistency. 2. The fragrance-free formula made it less burdensome on my skin. 3. It caused less tingling than a previous low-irritation emulsion I've tried. 4. The hydration lasted quite a long time. 5. Out of laziness, I even tried it on my face and found it moisturizing without feeling dry.

  Cons

  The one slight disappointment was that the case doesn't have a separate locking mechanism. I'm a bit worried about accidentally pressing the pump when taking it to the bath.

  The texture is really nice. I've tried a thicker formula from the same line before, which applied almost like an ointment - heavy and rich. This one, however, goes on light like a regular cream, which I love. It's not as thin as an emulsion though. My skin was a bit itchy due to dryness, but that's improved, and I can feel a protective moisture barrier forming. It's practically fragrance-free and doesn't contain any irritating ingredients, so it's gentle enough to use on kids too.

  It might be a bit heavy for oily skin types. I have dry skin, so I'll be using it on my body and on my child who has dry skin too. I think it'll work well for us.

  Large size: There's plenty to apply generously all over. I use it from neck to feet. Texture: Not too thick, not too thin. Spreads smoothly. Absorption: As someone with extremely dry, atopic skin, winter to early summer is usually terrible for me. Dryness leads to itching, scratching, and wounds. But since using this product during the dry season, I've been touching itchy areas less. This suggests it absorbs well and soothes itchy spots. Less scratching means wounds are healing and my skin is becoming softer.

  Cons

  Drawbacks? Well, I haven't used up a whole bottle yet, so I'm not sure if there are any.

  Tip

  For extremely dry areas, I mix it with oil. This makes it even more hydrating.

  I absolutely love the texture of this product! The application is just right - not too light, not too rich. It's perfect for my legs where I have keratosis pilaris. Light, watery body emulsions would dry out quickly, while heavy, oily body creams often made me itchy. The Illiyoon Care Cream seems to hit that sweet spot right in the middle! When applied generously, it provides long-lasting hydration. The ingredients are great too, and I've never experienced any blemishes while using it. Our whole family keeps it in the bathroom and uses it together. While my palms are fine, the backs of my hands tend to crack, so I usually only apply hand cream there. This works wonderfully as a hand cream too! I've decanted some to carry around with me. I'm also a big fan of the fragrance-free formula. Unlike many unscented products that often smell like medicine or crayons, this one is truly fragrance-free!

  There's not much to dislike about it for body use, but if I had to nitpick, I'm slightly concerned about the acid ingredients. While I've had no issues using it as a body or hand cream, I really loved the texture and wanted to use it as a night cream for my face too! However, my face is super sensitive due to dermatitis, so I'm a bit hesitant to use it there because of the acid ingredients. That's the only downside for me.

However, as I used this product and personally experienced gradual improvement in itching, I felt compelled to post this review. Texture: The consistency is neither too thin nor too thick - it's just right for year-round use! Scent: It's fragrance-free! I appreciate this even more knowing it's suitable for infants from 0 years old. That speaks to how gentle it must be, right? Packaging: The pump dispenser has a circular top, making it incredibly easy to use. I can hold my child with one hand and pump the product effortlessly with the other without any mishaps. The overall shape is adorably round too. Ingredients: Absolutely stellar formulation. No harmful ingredients at all! When using a product for both myself and my child, gentle ingredients are a must. It's also pediatrician-tested and approved by the food and drug administration, which adds to my confidence in the product. Application: It spreads very smoothly. After bathing the kids, I need to apply moisturizer quickly. This one applies cleanly without needing multiple passes. Absorption: Initially, there was a slight stickiness, but it quickly absorbed, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and soft with no lingering tackiness. Moisturizing power: After applying post-shower in the morning, I could feel a moisture barrier lasting well into the late afternoon. I could go through the day without reapplication, and my skin didn't feel tight or dry. Itch relief: I only experience these symptoms during seasonal changes. My back itches unbearably, especially at night when I unconsciously scratch, leaving wounds and blood by morning. I've been living with ointments because of this. So, I had high hopes for this product. At first, I was still aware of the itching, but with continued use, I found myself scratching less. The scratch marks gradually disappeared, and the swollen areas from excessive scratching subsided. Even the scabs vanished. If you've ever lost sleep due to itching, you'll understand how much this can improve your quality of life. It seems effective for itch relief.
