  Pros

  I used this on my 20-month-old baby's skin. It works wonders for mild atopic dermatitis and frequently reddened baby skin! It significantly reduces redness and makes the skin soft and moisturized. Effectiveness: It claims to improve itching, and my baby really scratches less! The skin has improved a lot. Texture: It's like a creamy emulsion. Spreads easily and smoothly. Absorption: Absorbs well. It doesn't leave a white cast and sinks in quickly like an emulsion. After a while, it leaves a slightly powdery feel. Moisturizing: You can feel the hydration even with a small amount. I like the moderate richness. Packaging: The pump and container are well-designed for using up every last bit. Excellent! Price and quantity: The amount and price are not burdensome for frequent purchases! Even with applying 2-3 times a day, it lasted over a month because a little goes a long way. (Pro tip: Use coupons on Hwahae for a great deal)

  There's nothing I dislike about this product, I'm completely satisfied. Those with oily skin might feel a slight heaviness when first applied due to its richness.

  Tip

  A little goes a long way for hydration, so you don't need to apply too much! Use a moderate amount to make it last longer.

  Pros

  I've been living with skin dryness and itching. I've tried almost every highly-recommended body cream out there, but Illiyoon was a first for me. Recently, I've been using prescription products like Zeroid or Atobarrier, but when I heard they weren't covered by insurance, I switched to Dr. Deep. I was skeptical about Illiyoon's ability to improve itching because it felt surprisingly light. However, when applied right after showering before the skin completely dries, it feels fresh yet long-lasting. The claim that it restores the skin barrier function to improve itching seems credible. While I need to use it more, I'd give it an 80 out of 100 so far.

  Cons

  The pump is disappointing for me. I wish the opening was larger. It's frustrating. As someone who applies generously, the dispenser is too small for body use. Although it's said to be fragrance-free, I could detect a slight scent.

  Tip

  Apply it when your skin is still slightly damp after showering.
