These days, cosmetic packaging design is quite important, and this one's just the right size with a cute design that immediately catches the eye. ★ It absorbs beautifully. The texture is so smooth. I'm not a fan of sunscreens that leave a white cast or feel dry, so this aspect really impressed me. ★ It seems to give the skin a sort of... clarity? Like it's been neatly arranged. (However, if you apply too much, it might end up looking a bit oily...) That's why I think it's perfect for a light, bare-faced look! ★ The absorption rate is better than I expected, hitting the mark nicely. ★ Since it's waterproof, I think it would be great to use during summer water activities!
Cons★ While I mentioned earlier that the absorption is quite good, there's still a bit of richness to it. So while it's fine for a bare face, I'm not sure how it would work under makeup. But I think I'll need to use it more to know for sure! + Personally, I wish I could have received and reviewed this product in summer. I feel like I could have more clearly determined its pros and cons then.

This sunscreen feels so soft and moisturizing. I'm not a fan of overly oily formulas, but this product has a strong hydrating sensation that I prefer over others. The best part is that it doesn't irritate my skin at all! It would be great for those with sensitive or delicate skin, though if you have oily skin, it might be a bit much for summer use.
ConsAs someone with combination skin, my T-zone tends to get quite oily (though it could be due to dehydration). When I applied it to my forehead, I did notice a slightly rich texture. It doesn't seem to control oil very well.
TipFor dry skin - feel free to apply generously. For normal skin - generous application is fine too. For oily or combination skin - just reduce one step in your skincare routine for the T-zone before applying. I didn't realize the delivery had arrived, so I'm writing this review a bit late!

Since you need to reapply sunscreen every few hours, I always keep it in my bag, and this size is perfect for carrying around. There were no issues with the sunscreen coming out too fast or in large amounts - the quantity control is spot on! I'm extremely sensitive to fragrances, but this one isn't overpowering or bothersome, so I could use it comfortably. The sunscreen isn't drying at all. I think even those with dry skin could use it if they have a solid skincare base. There's no white cast, so you don't have to worry about white streaks when you sweat.
ConsThe first time I applied it, I used a small amount and didn't experience any eye irritation. However, when I applied it the next day, I felt a slight stinging in my eyes. At first, I didn't notice any oiliness, but maybe because I have super oily skin, it started to feel a bit greasy later on.
TipFor those with extremely oily skin, it works great if you follow up with some oil control powder!

Each time I applied it before going out, I wore it for at least 7 hours, mostly indoors with a mask on and exposed to heater air. u2714ufe0f No irritation like blemishes, itching, eye stinging, or tingling! u2714ufe0f It provides a very natural brightening effect. After a while, it looks more like bare skin than makeup, making you appear as if you naturally have fair skin! u2714ufe0f No clumping or patchy application! It applies incredibly thinly and smoothly without any pilling. u2714ufe0f It's hydrating! Of course, this may vary depending on individual skincare routines and skin types, but I found it moisturizing upon application and didn't experience much deep dryness or tightness over time. Any dryness was likely due to the heater and mask. u2714ufe0f The adherence is good! As mentioned earlier, it doesn't pill or clump. I used to stress about foundation settling into my smile lines, but this doesn't do that at all, which I'm so happy about! Even when I try to apply cushion foundations thinly, they still settle into wrinkles, which is stressful. This one applies thinly without any extra effort! u2714ufe0f There's Braille on the lid and the box! I thought this was really considerate. To sum it up: ud83dudccc The complexion enhancement looks natural, doesn't make your face look ashy, and gives a bare skin-like appearance! It makes your skin look great! I love how it naturally brightens my face and gives a translucent effect. I lightly cover any blemishes with cushion or concealer and finish with a bit of powder. Because it applies so thinly, it doesn't feel heavy at all. I'm really satisfied with it!
ConsIt does feel a bit rich! I'm not a fan of oily products. I like natural glow or inner glow, but I really dislike anything too shiny, and this one does feel a bit oily. However, it also feels moisturizing! Anyway, when I applied powder (I use a powder compact), my puff got a bit gunky. The powder too... It feels either oily or very hydrated, but personally, I don't like the shiny look, so that's a downside for me. But the pros outweigh the cons, so I plan to keep using it! Oh, and it doesn't cover blemishes at all! Not even a little! You might already know this, but I'm mentioning it just in case!
TipDon't worry about coverage, just apply a thin layer or two. Use cushion or concealer for blemishes, but don't cake it on! Gently pat to cover naturally. Then, use powder to mattify areas that get shiny or where texture is emphasized due to oiliness. I apply powder to almost every area except the cheekbones where I want some glow! Remember to control the amount you use!

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsFirst off, my skin type is acne-prone, oily, dehydrated, and super sensitive. If I use incompatible cosmetics, blemishes appear within 2-3 days. Texture: Being a cream type, it applies smoothly. It's currently winter, and my skin is extremely dry with flaky patches on my nose, but this doesn't leave any white residue on those areas. Good! Scent: There's barely any fragrance, which I appreciate as it's almost unscented. After 10 days of use: The fact that I'm not breaking out suggests it suits my skin. Since it's waterproof, I remove it with Banila Co Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm, followed by Avène Cleansing Gel for double cleansing. Proper cleansing is crucial for sunscreen. Among all the sunscreens I've tried so far, this seems to be the best option for me.
ConsA few hours after application, there's a slight oiliness, but to be fair, this happens with every sunscreen I use. It's not excessive - when I touch my face, it feels a bit slick, but there's no visible shine in the mirror. Still, the slight oiliness makes me want to wash it off... I guess there's no such thing as a completely matte sunscreen without any oil. This one has the least oiliness so far, so I'll probably stick with it for now.
TipDouble cleansing is a must for sunscreen! The Banila Co Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original removes it thoroughly without drying out the skin. Follow up with Avène Cleansing Gel for double cleansing! I wash my face once when I get home from work and again before bed. Since I'm prone to excess oil and blemishes, this routine has really helped reduce breakouts. Also, instead of layering multiple products, I've found that applying toner and essence twice, and moisturizer twice (splitting the usual amount into two applications) has made my skin much more hydrated.

It didn't pill when I applied makeup over it either.
ConsThere's really nothing bad to say... If I had to nitpick, as someone who dislikes rich products, it might feel a bit oily.

Compared to other sunscreens, this one is oil-free, making it highly recommended for oily skin types. 2. As someone who's particular about texture, I appreciate its emulsion-like feel, which makes it perfect for daily use. 3. I'm often outdoors and reapply sunscreen frequently. Despite being low in oil, it doesn't pill much when reapplied, which is great.
Cons1. Due to its oil-free nature, it's not recommended for those with dry skin. 2. On my skin, it leaves a slight white cast, unfortunately.
TipSince it's almost oil-free and feels a bit drying after application, make sure to apply sufficient skincare products beforehand for better makeup adherence.

It's eye-catching, making it easy to find in my cosmetics bag. Application: It spreads smoothly and thinly with a lovely moisturizing feel. As someone who absolutely hates thick, heavy formulas, I was pleased to find this one isn't sticky at all and doesn't feel heavy on the skin. Subtle brightening effect: It seems to have a slight brightening effect. It's not dramatically whitening, just a subtle glow-up for the complexion.
ConsOiliness: Unfortunately, it leaves a greasy feeling on the skin. Even though it applies thinly, the oiliness remains. I tried patting it in, which helped a little, but it's still disappointing. Sensitivity: It stings on acne scars, which is unexpected given the good ingredients. I'm not sure why this happens. Dust magnet: It tends to attract dust, though it brushes off easily. Still, it's a bit annoying. Pilling: If you apply makeup over this sunscreen, it pills terribly. I use the Clio Kill Cover Fixer Cushion, and well... let's just say this sunscreen is best used on its own. Overall, I had high hopes for Dr.G, but honestly, it fell short of my expectations. It's a disappointing product for me overall. Maybe I'm just too picky, but I'll try to make the best of it.
TipFor those determined to use this before makeup, I recommend applying a small amount on the back of your hand first, then using your fingers to spread a thin layer. This method seems to reduce pilling somewhat.

Application It applies smoothly without any pilling. Since I usually don't wear makeup and only use mineral sunscreen, I could really feel how smoothly this one glides on. 2. Color It's simply white. Some tone-up or other sunscreens come in skin-colored tints, which can leave visible marks on masks or clothes. I prefer white sunscreens as they don't have this issue. So, I'm satisfied with the color. 3. Scent Fragrance-free I love that it has no scent. Some products have strong fragrances, but I prefer this fragrance-free option. 4. Waterproof It works well. The first test: Applied the product, then dampened with running water and immediately photographed. The second test: Photographed after shaking off the water from the first test. In the first photo, you can see the difference in water droplets between the treated and untreated areas. The treated area has more defined, rounded droplets, while the untreated area shows more scattered droplets. In the second photo, after shaking off the water, the droplets are smaller and fewer, but the treated area still maintains its shape while the untreated area is about to run. The waterproof function works effectively.
Cons1. Oiliness It's fine at first, but over time, compared to other products, it feels quite rich. I'm not sure if it's due to the waterproof function, but I find it leaves a noticeable oily feeling.
TipRecommended for those who: - Dislike white cast - Are looking for strong waterproof protection - Prefer fragrance-free products

Plus, it's almost free of harmful ingredients, making it suitable for those with sensitive skin. Above all, there's no sticky feeling.
ConsI have dry skin, and when I got home after work, I noticed the area around my mouth where I wear a mask was all flaky and white. Despite feeling slightly oily, it seems vulnerable to dryness. If you have dry skin, you'll probably need to apply a generous amount of emulsion.
