Pros
The emulsion-type formula doesn't lather, which might make you wonder if it's actually cleansing, but it definitely leaves your skin moisturized without any irritation. For someone like me who doesn't wear makeup and prefers gentle products, this seems to be a suitable cleanser. It's even good for morning cleansing. However, it probably won't remove color cosmetics well, except maybe sunscreen. I love that there's less dryness after washing, so I don't feel rushed to apply toner. My skin feels soft and smooth - I'm really satisfied!
Cons
The lack of foam might be a downside. Since I'm used to foaming cleansers, it took a little time to get accustomed to this one.

I loved how it left my skin feeling less dry even after washing. Great stuff!

Pros
I love that it's fragrance-free, and it feels like it moisturizes while cleansing. I've been using it for over 10 years, starting from high school. Other cleansers feel too harsh for me now.
Cons
At first, you might not like that it doesn't foam up or leave your skin feeling squeaky clean after cleansing. But once you get used to it, you'll appreciate how hydrating it feels.
Tip
When I cleanse with my hands, my skin tends to get red and itchy. So I apply this cleanser gently with my hands, then use a Clarisonic gentle brush. It feels like it deep cleans my pores while still keeping my skin moisturized.

Pros
It's gentle on the skin. Great for daily use, both morning and night. A solid, reliable choice.
Cons
It doesn't lather well, so you end up using more product without realizing it. Runs out quickly.

It seems gentle... A product that cleanses as you massage it in. It feels like you're applying a moisturizer.
Cons

I bought it for body use and I liked that it came in a large quantity... That's about it

Pros
Compared to the previous version, there doesn't seem to be a significant difference in the product. While the pre-renewal version sometimes had small granules and sometimes didn't, this one doesn't have any granules at all. Like the original product, I'll probably use it mainly for morning cleansing. When removing sunscreen, it seems best to apply the cleanser to dry skin first, then rinse with water.
Cons
The only downside is that since it doesn't foam up, you need to use more of it compared to other cleansers.

Pros
I've mostly used Cetaphil's moisturizing products, and this was actually my first time trying their cleanser. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it can be used not just on the face, but also on hands and the entire body! The most appealing aspect I discovered while using it was that with just this Gentle Skin Cleanser, you can easily do a mild cleansing for pretty much everything. The formula is hydrating and lightweight, so I could massage it in just like applying a moisturizing skincare product. It's definitely a cleanser that allows for a hydrating, low-irritation cleanse - to the point where you can feel your skin becoming more moisturized. I've been worried lately because my skin condition hasn't been great, but the Gentle Skin Cleanser was so gentle and non-irritating, which I really appreciated. After using the cleanser and rinsing with water, the formula washed off quite well, so there was no uncomfortable residue after cleansing. What I really loved was how it left my skin feeling moisturized yet thoroughly cleansed at the same time. It even seemed to brighten my complexion after washing, making it an even more appealing morning cleanser. I'd definitely recommend it as a mild cleanser that's not too harsh for morning use!
Cons
It's not a cleanser with powerful cleansing effectiveness! Also, since it's used without foam, I wouldn't recommend it to those who prefer foam cleansing!

I bought this because someone recommended it, but my friend couldn't use it due to the lack of foam. However, I absolutely love it! As I'm used to low pH cleansers, the lack of foam didn't bother me, but my family found it inconvenient. Just a heads up - there's zero foam, so keep that in mind when purchasing! Still, it's perfect for my morning cleanse. It effectively removes overnight buildup and excess sebum, leaving my skin feeling refreshed. I actually prefer that it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight first thing in the morning. I'd recommend this to anyone who dislikes that dry, post-cleanse feeling. It's gentle, non-irritating, and above all, the value for money is fantastic given the amount you get. I'm really satisfied with this product!
