Those with super sensitive skin know you shouldn't use anything that foams, right? My skin has truly transformed since using this. To be precise, it's because I'm using a non-foaming cleanser that doesn't damage the skin barrier. I don't get any blemishes anymore. Turns out they weren't from insufficient cleansing after all. I think I'll use this for life. There's nothing quite like it. I've never seen a cleanser from other brands that lathers so little. Fresh's Soy Cleanser is similar, but it's insanely expensive.
ConsThere are no downsides at all. It's even affordable and comes in a generous amount. Blessings to whoever created this!

I'm wondering why they reformulated it though... It used to be a true staple for those with super sensitive skin.
ConsI had been using the pre-reformulation product as my holy grail for about 6 years. When they suddenly reformulated, I had no choice but to try this new version, but it makes my skin red. After cleansing, the smoothness and refined feeling of my skin was much better with the old formula. I don't understand - even if they say the ingredients after reformulation are better and parabens were removed, it's meaningless if it makes my skin red and sensitive when I use it. Oh, I'm really sad. My skin had become so much healthier using the pre-reformulation Cetaphil, even with atopic dermatitis and contact dermatitis. I always thought this product would never be discontinued, but changing the formula completely is basically the same as discontinuing the original. It truly breaks my heart. I'm still looking for a cleanser that's as gentle and hydrating as the old one. Cetaphil, please bring back the original formula!
