A product I've trusted and used for over 5 years! It doesn't cake and it's truly the best! I love this cushion more than others It settles a bit into under-eye wrinkles and around the nose.. But I think other cushions probably do that to some extent too - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 1, 2024
The coverage is absolutely incredible! Even for combination skin with quite a few acne scars, a small amount provides excellent coverage and lasts for a good while. It seems to hold up easily for 6-7 hours. Plus, it sets to a matte finish, so with a dusting of finishing powder, it barely transfers at all. Controlling the amount is crucial. If you apply it carelessly without measuring, it can settle into creases around the nose and look patchy on the forehead and cheeks. It can appear mask-like on the face if not applied properly. For perfect adherence, use a spatula to control the amount, and wash your puff every 3-4 days before use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 16, 2024
For those with a deep undertone and shade 22 skin, it's slightly bright but just perfect. It's adequately moisturizing for combination dehydrated skin and provides good coverage. It tends to settle into the creases around the nose, and oil starts to come through after some time. It can also appear a bit patchy around the chin area. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAug 23, 2024
The initial application is great. It goes on smoothly in a thin layer. It matches my complexion well. As time passes, it tends to separate quite a bit. It settles into the creases around my nose and smile lines. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 4, 2024
The coverage is truly excellent. It feels moisturizing when applied, but finishes with a soft, powdery texture. It's slightly semi-matte, making it one of my go-to cushions for winter use. The shade tends to come out a bit dark, so I'd recommend testing it before purchasing. There's also a slight chance of product buildup around the sides of the nose. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAug 7, 2023
I love its matte finish and the coverage is impressively strong. The shade seems to have a yellow base. It creates a beautiful skin appearance and has great staying power. Given its high coverage, even with careful application, it can go on a bit thick. It takes some skill to apply it thinly. It tends to settle around the nose, so I recommend using a brush for that area. Use a brush around the nose area. It applies thicker than expected, so you need to be extremely careful with the amount you use - practice ultimate portion control. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAug 4, 2023
It's really great for people with oily skin. The matte finish means you don't even need to bother with powder. It tends to settle a bit into the creases around the nose. If you try to apply more to cover blemishes, it can look unnatural. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJul 28, 2023
As someone with acne-prone skin, I'm really satisfied with how well this covers my pores and blemish scars. Despite its high coverage, it doesn't make my skin look cakey. After trying many cushions, I've come back to this one! For my combination dehydrated skin, if I don't do proper skincare, it can feel a bit dry. Also, if I don't control the amount well, it can bunch up around the nose area. It seems that a solid skincare routine is key to making this look beautiful and long-lasting! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 25, 2023
Covers well, fast shipping, no blemishes. My skin has good texture and few imperfections. The only downside is large pores and oiliness around the nose. Settles into pores... especially around the nose. I wondered what people meant by 'pore-settling' in reviews, but now I see it forms little circular clumps in my pores - creepy! These circular marks are less noticeable now, but it still balls up when I apply it on areas like my cheeks. Interestingly, products with a glow finish seem to have less pore-settling issues. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinNov 13, 2022
I ended up buying this because the 'Essential Skin Nuder Cushion' I originally wanted was sold out. 📍Texture & Color As someone who prefers dewy finishes, I was worried, but it feels slightly powdery when applied? It has a somewhat matte cushion feel, and the color matches my complexion perfectly, making it look very natural. 📍Coverage I used to use Rom&nd and wakemake cushions that were slightly lighter, so the coverage wasn't great. But this time, maybe because I'm using one that matches my skin tone, it has better coverage than those two products and even conceals the redness on my cheeks well!! There was some pilling around my nose pores and sides, but it was fine after I quickly touched up with a concealer brush. 📍Case I really like that there's a space to dispense product on the inside of the case lid. However, I think wakemake's pebble-shaped case is prettier. Jung Saem Mool's case is just... okay, nothing special. 📍Mask Transfer I had already heard a lot about Jung Saem Mool products transferring onto masks, so I knew about it! But since almost no products are completely transfer-proof, I think it's fine!!! The thing I like most about this product is probably the color! I feel good about choosing the right shade! /Additional After running, when my face was all red, I applied the cushion The redness on my left cheek was completely covered. In reality, the difference between left and right is really noticeable. Highly recommended for those with redness!!! There's some pilling around the nasolabial folds and nose area, but it's okay after blending. I have combination skin but leaning more towards dry, so there was some flaking on my cheeks too. I think it would be better to use it next time after applying a more thorough skincare routine.
