This is a Hwahae Trial Reviewer's review. This is my first time using Dr. Bronner's products, and since I don't use night products often, it's difficult for me to compare it to other products. But I'll record my thoughts on using the night type. First of all, the scent wasn't too strong, and I liked the non-greasy texture. My skin is a bit sensitive, and I'm especially sensitive to oil-based products, but I didn't experience any breakouts even when I applied it a couple of times on my face. I mainly used it as a lip balm, and it kept my lips moisturized. When I applied it to my heels, elbows, and hair ends, it provided hydration without feeling heavy, and it also felt moisturizing on my face.
Cons
There weren't any downsides. When I was about to use it, I felt a slight warming sensation on the cheekbone area. It's not itchy or causing any breakouts, so I think it'll be fine as long as I don't apply too much. But this warming sensation seems to come and go, so it's not a major issue. I probably won't use it on my face when it's hot.
Tip
When using it on neck wrinkles, it may not visibly reduce the wrinkles, but since it's a balm type, it's better for prevention. This was the least impactful product among the Hwahae Trial Reviewer products I've won so far. If I were a pregnant woman or a mother, I think this product would have been more useful. 💕Over 96% organic ingredients: The best part was the ingredients. It's an organic product that doesn't use any artificial fragrances or preservatives. The fact that it can be used on babies is great. And I want to praise the simple and straightforward ingredient list. The use of moisturizing oils like avocado oil, jojoba oil, and olive oil was also good. It even contains tocopherol. 💕Amazing absorption: It's not sticky at all, and compared to Vaseline-like products, it finishes off very fresh and lightweight. It also absorbed quickly, which I liked. 💕Lightweight and sturdy packaging: The twist-open lid type can be a bit cumbersome, but the tight seal prevents dust from getting in, so it's hygienic. 💕This gentle, fragrance-free product that doesn't cause irritation is probably the biggest appeal, as it can be used by both pregnant women and babies. This is a nourishing multi-balm that provides deep hydration. It contains 5 organic oil ingredients that make the skin feel moisturized. It is free of artificial fragrances, artificial colors, and synthetic preservatives, and is made with 99.66% USDA certified organic ingredients. At first, I was worried it wouldn't absorb well since it's in a balm form, but once it touches your body temperature, it melts quickly and absorbs nicely. The best part is that even though it's a balm, the absorption is good and there's minimal residue left behind, unlike some very oily products. Products with excessive oil can feel greasy, but this one has the right amount of moisture without being too heavy. Especially when I applied it to my lips, it felt great - not at all sticky, and not drying like a typical lip balm. I'm satisfied that it contains 5 types of organic oils. The word 'organic' just makes me feel like it's natural and good for you, doesn't it? :) I have a strong feeling that it will be good for my health and skin! It has no scent! Oil-based products usually have a distinct oily smell, but this one is fragrance-free! The ingredients are also incredibly gentle~! Due to the nature of my job, my hands get very dry, so I always carry hand cream with me. Using just a small amount of this product along with hand cream provides intense moisturization! When applying body lotion, using a small amount of this together also boosts the moisturizing power tremendously! My skin wasn't dry and flaky the next morning, which was great. And my heels are often cracked, so I sometimes apply petroleum jelly, but it's thick and heavy, while the Magic Balm is lightweight and nicer to use! These days, with the changing seasons, my skin gets very dry, not just my hands and feet, but in various dry spots, and this product helps moisturize all those areas a little at a time. However, the Organic Magic Balm had no scent and did not have any strange tastes even if it accidentally got into my mouth. It was great!
