Hydration effect I typically have very dry skin, especially with dead skin cells easily forming on my legs. However, as soon as I applied this, I felt like the dryness and flakiness disappeared instantly. Also, while it may vary from person to person, in my case, I found that applying a moderate amount or slightly more made the moisturizing effect last longer than regular hydrating emulsions. 2. Finish and texture To be honest, when I first touched the product, I didn't feel it was particularly 'moisturizing'. The finish felt powdery with a slight oily sensation. Because it was less sticky, I liked that I didn't have to wait around after applying it.
Cons[Finish and texture] However, perhaps due to the subtle oily feeling, it seemed to sit slightly on top of the skin rather than fully absorbing. Personally, I'm not a big fan of oily textures, so this was a bit disappointing. But the oily sensation wasn't too strong, so it didn't bother me too much.

It's a bit tricky to scoop out with fingers, so I use my nails. Amazingly, it melts smoothly when rubbed between hands! Absorption - With its high natural oil content, it takes time to absorb and feels a bit like it's sitting on the skin. Moisturizing - Rather than all-over moisturizing, I apply it as a final step at night, focusing on wrinkle-prone areas like eyes and smile lines. I use any leftover on my nail cuticles - makes them look super neat! Feel - Hmm... seems perfect for winter use! I have thin, sensitive-dry yet oily skin (complicated, I know!). Coconut oil can be a bit heavy for me. Since my skin is thin, it can't absorb much, leaving residue - might be tough to use in summer...
ConsIt feels like it sits on the skin more than I expected, so I only use it at night on dry areas around eyes and mouth. Absorption seems low... If you apply too much at night, it feels like it attracts dust, so I use it sparingly! Wish it absorbed just a tad better... The ingredients are mostly natural oils, so it feels like it's just oil on the skin... It's a bit greasy, so if you're using it as a hand cream, stick to the back of your hands. If you apply it to your palms, your phone will get all greasy... Slightly disappointing!
TipI find this product too oily on its own, but when I mix it with a more hydrating product, it works wonders on areas prone to eczema!
