  Pros

  I have a habit of picking at my fingers, so I have severe hangnails around my nails. Plus, my job requires wearing gloves, so my hands are constantly dry. For someone with hands like mine, applying this before bed to my fingertips and dry areas works wonders! When I wake up, the dead skin cells have calmed down and my skin feels so soft! I even apply it to my lips before sleeping. It's not too greasy, so you can even melt a little and apply it to your hair ends without making them greasy! It's a 'Baby', 'Mild', 'Organic' balm with great ingredients - do I need to say more? It's simply the best!

  Cons

  It's quite hard and doesn't melt easily, so I just lightly scratch it with my fingernail to use it...! Also, while it may vary for different people, I found that mixing it and applying it frequently to various areas made it run out surprisingly quickly.

  It feels less sticky than other products, even at night! When I mix it with my moisturizer, it really helps smooth out those dead skin cells and feels great.

  Review from The Hwahae Testers I'm satisfied with the ingredients as it's fragrance-free and doesn't contain mineral oils. I applied it intensively on dry areas like my lips and nails, and it resolved the dryness without feeling heavy. That's great! If your body emulsion doesn't solve dryness, try mixing a small amount of this with a cotton swab. It really helps calm those dead skin cells. It comes in two sizes, and the 57g one lasts forever! Overall, I'm so satisfied that I'm considering purchasing it again!

For dry lips, I used just a tiny amount, about the size of a sesame seed, and it spread well, enveloping my entire lips with nourishment. Though the balm looks solid, it's easy to scoop out with a spatula or clean, dry fingernail. When applied to the skin and rolled, it melts quickly and spreads smoothly. It instantly brings moisture and a glow to the skin. There's minimal stickiness, and the rich feeling doesn't linger - it absorbs well without feeling heavy. The tin packaging is eco-friendly, and the twist-open design makes it easy to use. It's not too thin or small, making application convenient. With its clean ingredient list, all organic components, generous amount, and reasonable price, I'll definitely keep using this consistently.

  There aren't really any downsides, but if I had to find one, there's a slight oily scent typical of balms. However, it's so faint you have to put your nose right up to it to smell it, so it's not bothersome at all. Just make sure to store it at room temperature without exposing it to temperature fluctuations.

  Tip

  It works great as a protective layer over emulsions, locking in moisture and adding extra nourishment. When I want less richness, I mix it with my usual emulsion or cream. Don't wipe off any excess left on your hands - apply it to your fingertips, elbows, and anywhere else. It resolves dryness and makes your skin wonderfully soft.

  Although it's an oil balm, it's not overly greasy and works great as a nighttime moisturizer. You only need a small amount, and it's perfect for lips and dry areas! It seems especially good for managing dead skin cells on the lips. Apply it at night, and in the morning when you wash your face, gently rub it and the dead skin cells come off easily.

  I'm using this as a lip care product. It comes in a generous palm-sized jar, so I probably won't need to buy any lip moisturizers for a while. At first, I thought it might not apply well, but once it warms up with your body heat, it spreads easily on your hands. The texture is slightly firmer than Vaseline, but it doesn't have that Vaseline smell - it's actually fragrance-free! When I apply it generously before bed, I wake up with exfoliated and hydrated lips the next morning. I found out it's designed for multiple uses, even for soothing chapped areas on babies. It's too big for me to use all over my body - I'd probably use it up in a week if I did! But with winter here, I've been applying it to dry, itchy spots, and it's been great.

  * This is a review from The Hwahae Testers. 1) Multi-purpose hydration hero The best thing about this product is its versatility as a hydration powerhouse. I was really satisfied with how I could comfortably use it anywhere - on my dry, tingling cheeks after cleansing, on chapped hands, on peeling cuticles, around my irritated nose, and on flaky lips. It seems particularly useful for winter and could potentially replace petroleum jelly and similar products I've been using. Effectiveness: For a while, my cheekbone area was very dry, so I applied a small amount every evening after my skincare routine! It provided great hydration without causing any blemishes. It also worked wonders on my hands and cuticles :) 2) Ingredients I was really pleased with the excellent ingredient list. However, due to the natural ingredients, it has a subtle, natural scent. It's somewhat reminiscent of the rosin used on violin bows or a woody fragrance. It's not artificial and dissipates quickly after application, so it wasn't really an issue.

  Cons

  1) Texture The texture is a bit stiff and difficult to scoop out with fingers. I used a spare spatula to get it out, and for small amounts, I used a cotton swab to take out tiny bits. 2) Product container + maintenance I'm concerned that since all the ingredients are organic, it might be sensitive to contamination if scooped out carelessly with hands. Given that it's used on lips and sensitive skin, it's best to minimize contamination during use. In that respect, the container is a bit disappointing! While a plastic spatula might not align with the brand image, it would be great if they could provide a way to use the product while maintaining its purity.

  Tip

  1) Use a spatula & cotton swabs: Since the formula is solid, it's helpful to use something to scoop it out of the container! 2) Warm it up on the back of your hand before use: When you put some on the back of your hand, it melts to the perfect consistency with your body heat, making it easier to apply to your skin!
