It's not too watery, too thick, or too heavy - just the right cream. It's perfect for dry skin, applies nicely, is moisturizing, and doesn't disappear quickly. No irritation, not sure if it's calming, but it's moisturizing and has a slight oiliness that seems to lock in the moisture. Not overpowering at all. Seems like a gentle cream. My sensitive skin has been troubled by mask-related issues, but applying this felt fine. It's just right.
