It is an extremely watery, fragrance-free formula. Since I use ampoules and moisturizers for hydration, I prefer toners with a thicker texture, but this one was just right! It finishes refreshingly, and when you gently press on it with your hands, the skin feels plump and sufficiently hydrated. I think it would also be good for those who like to layer toners. The best part was that I've been constantly getting new acne, and after extracting them, I would apply ointment and repeat the process. But when I put this skin pack on after extraction, it calmed down the irritation very quickly.
