  First off, while the texture is water-like, it's not runny. It has just enough viscosity to make application easy. After applying, my skin feels clean and fresh without any stickiness - almost like a squeaky-clean sensation? It goes on smoothly, absorbs well, and is overall pleasant to use.

  Advantages: Texture: I expected it to be slightly viscous since it's an ampoule toner, but it was closer to a watery toner than I thought. It's perfect for summer use, not feeling heavy while improving skin texture and providing some hydration - killing two birds with one stone. The absorption is surprisingly fast and it's not sticky at all, which I absolutely love. Scent: It's almost fragrance-free. Absolutely fantastic! Ingredients: The ingredient list is very clean and pure! It's suitable for sensitive skin, and best of all, it's a vegan product. Packaging: They've really nailed the design this time. It has a luxurious feel right out of the box, which I appreciate. The uniqueness of the kombu seaweed ingredient really stands out.

  Cons

  There's nothing to complain about, but it's challenging to write 20 characters of criticism.

  Tip

  In my personal opinion, if you want your makeup to apply well, I recommend using this at night rather than in the morning. If you're going to use it in the morning, instead of layering various products that might pill, apply a light emulsion or cream to create a moisture barrier after using this product. Then apply your foundation - this way you can address skin texture, hydration, and moisture all at once. Also, using it with a cotton pad as a wipe-off toner is quite inefficient. For ampoule toners like this, it's more cost-effective to apply it directly for absorption.

  I have combination dehydrated skin with large pores. I liked that this toner could provide nourishing ingredients. Before using, I thought the texture might be a bit runny, but it's actually similar to a watery toner. It's not completely liquid-like though - there's a very slight viscosity to it. However, it's not sticky at all. It absorbs well, leaving my skin feeling hydrated without dryness. Since I have combination dehydrated skin, I layered it multiple times for extra hydration and didn't feel any dryness afterwards. The scent wasn't bothersome, making it comfortable to use. While it should work well in summer without feeling sticky, I think it would be especially great for dry skin during seasonal changes.

  I first tried Kaine's ampoule and loved it so much that I really wanted to try their ampoule toner. Luckily, I won it in an event! Just as I expected, it's fragrance-free, lightweight, and non-sticky. Even after applying two or three layers, it doesn't feel heavy at all. Instead, it absorbs incredibly well. Hours later, my skin still has a beautiful glow and feels super hydrated. I definitely want to use the entire line again. I applied some on my hand, and after a while, the hydrated glow was no joke! Since I haven't experienced any blemishes, I plan to keep using it consistently. Highly recommended!

  There's nothing to complain about - it's so good that I wholeheartedly recommend it.

  Tip

  I apply it religiously morning and night, and my skin has such a beautiful glow - I love it! When my skin feels hot and irritated, I gently pat it in, and it has a soothing effect.

It absorbs well, leaving the skin feeling hydrated without any stickiness. Looking at the ingredients list, it's packed with components that help with skin hydration, which seems especially necessary during this season. I used it as a toner mask every other night for 20 minutes before bed. When I woke up in the morning, my skin felt moisturized rather than oily. It also quickly soothed the blemishes that appeared during my menstrual cycle. Usually, when I have skin troubles, I minimize my skincare routine to let my skin rest. Following this routine, I cleansed and then used this ampoule toner. The blemishes disappeared quickly, and my skin texture improved. As a bonus, my complexion brightened too! I'm extremely satisfied with its soothing effects and hydrating power.

  I found it refreshing and moisturizing, and it absorbed quickly into my skin. When I applied it twice before makeup, my foundation went on really smoothly. I think it's not much different from the Round Lab Dokdo Toner. Although it's called an 'ampoule toner', I expected a sticky texture, but it's not sticky at all and has a watery consistency like other toners. I wouldn't say it's particularly bad or good - it's just a solid, reliable product.
