  The essence is generously soaked into the pads, making them perfect for use as a mask. The formula isn't sticky or heavy, so it's comfortable to use both day and night. The pads are large and feature two textures - embossed and smooth. I appreciated the thoughtful detail of including a clip in the package lid. It's great for daily use without causing any skin reactions.

  Cons

  The pads seem to have a slight irritating effect. They're not as gentle as some other options. The eucalyptus oil might not suit everyone and could potentially be irritating for some skin types.

  Pros

  There's no sticky feeling, and I liked that the pads are sufficiently soaked in the solution. The double-lid design and included tweezers make it hygienic and likely to stay fresh for longer. If you leave it on a blemish for 10 minutes, you'll find it nicely matured by the next morning! When applied, it gives a cool, minty sensation - I personally love this, but I imagine some people might not be fans.

  Cons

  I can't think of any particular downsides, but as with any pads, be careful not to rub too hard as it might cause irritation. Gentle application is key.

  Pros

  You don't even need to keep it in the fridge to enjoy a cool, refreshing application! I love that it has a double cap to prevent the pads from drying out, and the built-in tweezers make it more hygienic to use. With consistent use, I think it could really help improve skin texture. As someone who prefers lightweight formulas, I was pleased that it didn't leave any sticky residue on my face after use.

  Cons

  It was a bit uncomfortable to leave the pads on the skin. I think it's best used just for wiping the face. The container is quite large, so I expected the pads to be bigger, but they're a bit smaller than I anticipated.

  Pros

  It's incredibly cooling even without refrigeration, possibly due to the peppermint ingredient. I think the eucalyptus leaf oil contributes to this effect. It's not sticky and feels fresh, making it great for those with oily skin, though it might not suit dry skin types. There's also a slight tingling sensation. I love the fresh feeling and dislike anything that leaves a sticky residue on my face, but this doesn't do that at all. The tweezers are also a clever touch - the ring design prevents them from falling out easily. I compared it to the Sicho pads I recently bought on a shipping deal, and the size is identical. However, the Freeup pads are slightly lower, making them easier to store. The Sicho pads need to be stored lying down.

  Cons

  Some might find it too intense and experience a burning sensation. Also, those with dry skin may find it drying. It's so refreshing that it could even be used as a second cleanser, but it might not be suitable for sensitive skin.

  Tip

  If you store it in the refrigerator, it can help soothe redness on your cheeks during summer.
