Pros
The texture is so water-like that I could use it lightly without any burden on my oily skin!
Cons

Pros
I discovered this through a recommendation for a hydrating cream, so I decided to try the essence too. It's wonderfully lightweight and gentle on the skin, plus the price is really reasonable!

I've recently become interested in bifida ferment products, so I bought this one and have been using it. Since I like their ampoules, I decided to try the essence too, but it's more like a toner than an essence. It seems to be marketed as a 'first essence'. However, it feels lighter than expected, which makes my skin feel even drier. I think it might be suitable for those with oily skin.
Cons
When I use this product, it makes my skin feel a bit itchy. I think it's because it doesn't just contain bifida, but other fermented ingredients as well. If fermented products don't agree with your skin, please check the ingredients carefully before using.

Pros
It's said to be great for wrinkle improvement and brightening. Most importantly, it doesn't contain any harmful ingredients or allergens that I'm particularly concerned about. The texture is completely water-based! This makes it a bit tricky to control the amount. The scent is subtle, almost unnoticeable. When applied, thanks to its water-based formula, it has good absorption and spreads easily. Surprisingly, it feels a bit rich on the skin, so those who prefer products with a bit of richness might enjoy applying this lightly.
Cons
Personally, my skin doesn't agree with rich products, and when I use them, my skin tends to react badly the next day. I thought this product would be okay, but after applying it, I woke up the next day with more oiliness than usual and some blemishes. Due to the bumpy texture and itchiness, I couldn't test it for a while. However, I'm not entirely sure if this reaction was due to the product or because my body was in poor condition during exam period. Still, the product itself seems decent, so I might try it again when my skin improves. For now, I'm giving it a 3-star rating.

Light texture and excellent absorption I was worried about too many essences being heavy and not absorbing well, but the Biome Activate Essence is lightweight and absorbs quickly, making it easy to apply without feeling burdensome. Fragrance As someone sensitive to scents, I was concerned about potential strong fragrances. However, this essence has a subtle, almost fragrance-free scent, allowing even sensitive users like me to use it comfortably.
Cons
Price The regular price seems too high compared to the amount of product. Lighter texture than expected for an essence Despite being called an essence, the texture is lighter than anticipated.
Tip
Although it's an essence, I used it like a toner. The light texture absorbs quickly, making it easy to apply without feeling heavy on the skin!

1. Texture It's not a thick consistency, but rather a watery texture. It feels closer to a toner than an essence! 2. Light hydration In summer, I have combination dehydrated skin, and this product is perfect for the hot months as it's lightweight without excess oil! Highly recommended for those with combination dehydrated skin~ 3. Gentle ingredients I've been struggling with blemishes lately, but this product has such gentle ingredients that I could apply it without worry! By the way, I didn't get a single blemish while using it! Also, it's fragrance-free, so I could apply it without any hesitation. 4. Absorption over exfoliation While using it as an exfoliating toner isn't bad, I felt that absorption provided a more hydrating effect! One layer wasn't enough, so I recommend at least two layers for best results.
Cons
No downsides so far! I'll update my review if I find any issues after finishing the product. Oh, the small size is a bit disappointing! I wish they offered a larger volume option.
Tip
As mentioned earlier, I recommend focusing on absorption rather than using it as an exfoliating toner! Applying two or three layers really helps boost hydration~
