I've used almost half the bottle, and during that time, I experienced no irritation or blemishes. It's been really great! I use concealer all over like a foundation, then apply Hera Black Cushion, blush, eyeshadow, and everything else - this cleanser removes it all perfectly! Even though I have blemish-prone skin, it doesn't seem to irritate my pores at all. I'll definitely keep repurchasing this. There's absolutely nothing bad to say. I'll continue using it. It's a reliable, go-to product. Used with 4 cotton pads - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 25, 2025
Great value for money! It's affordable, comes in a generous size, gentle on the skin, and removes makeup effectively. Nothing particularly bad, but its cleansing effectiveness seems a bit weaker compared to Bioderma. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 16, 2025
• I didn't experience any eye irritation or tingling while using it, so I think the ingredients are gentle. • Since it doesn't contain oil like lip and eye removers, it doesn't remove waterproof products very well. • It's perfect for lightly removing shimmer eyeshadow, eyebrow makeup, or lip color. • It's incredibly cost-effective at just 5,000 won for a large 500ml bottle. • I've been using it for a while, but because it's such a large volume, it seems to last forever. • As it's a Centella Asiatica cleansing water, it has a natural scent without any artificial fragrances added (colorless and odorless). • I'm using it without any issues, so there's nothing particularly disappointing. If I could wish for something, it would be nice to have 100ml or 50ml options in addition to the large size! • For travel, the large size can be a bit cumbersome to carry. I recommend purchasing a travel container or foam dispenser from Daiso to portion out smaller amounts. • Personally, I wouldn't recommend it for removing base makeup. Instead, using an oil or cleansing milk would be less irritating and more effective for thorough removal. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 27, 2025
I've been using this for 20 days, and the texture is like pure water - it's so light! Even with my dry, blemish-prone skin, I experienced no irritation. It's impressive how well it removes even stubborn mascara. The downside is that if you use it alone, you might feel a slight oiliness. If I use only this cleansing water for both steps of my cleanse, I tend to get small bumps on my skin. It works best when used as the first step in a double cleanse, followed by a cleansing foam. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 14, 2025
I think it's pretty good! I decided to give it a try when I was at Daiso, and it's gentle and quite decent. Hmm, the amount...? I'm not really sure, honestly I can't tell. Why don't you give it a try yourself? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 1, 2024
Affordable and generous amount! Great for a gentle morning cleanse without irritation. The scent is extremely artificial. It smells like silicone or plastic, which is disappointing. As I have sensitive skin and avoid using pads or cotton, I poured the cleansing water into a foaming container. This method allowed for effective cleansing without any irritation. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinOct 8, 2023
Great value for money. I use it with a foaming container and it effectively removes mineral sunscreen and tint without irritating my skin. It seems to help with blackhead removal too. Nothing particularly bad to mention. It doesn't cause any blemishes, so it's definitely worth the price. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 28, 2022
It's definitely gentle on the skin and doesn't cause any irritation. I don't think there's another product that offers this much value for money. The container is quite large, so it's more convenient to transfer some into a smaller bottle for use. I tried using it with a foaming dispenser, but I think a pump bottle for makeup remover would work better. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSep 18, 2022
Among affordable cleansing waters, this one's a real bang for your buck! I bought it in a pinch and have been using it well. It's pretty effective at removing light makeup. There's no dryness or tightness after cleansing, and it's quite gentle on the skin. The finish feels a bit slippery, but if you rinse with lukewarm water afterwards, it leaves your skin feeling fairly clean. The formula is a water-based cleanser without any oil, so while it's lightweight, its cleansing effectiveness is somewhat lacking. It can remove sunscreen and light daily makeup to some extent, but a second cleanse with a cleansing foam is a must. Also, the burning sensation in the eyes is... quite intense.
