Pros
I had a lot of oil in my eyes, so I was concerned that I would get a panda effect every time I did my eye makeup. The eyeliner and eyeshadow would always smear, which was stressful. But after using this product, the problem was really solved. The texture is light and smooth, and it applies thinly on the eye area and fixes immediately without any stickiness. The application is also good, so even beginners can use it easily. The eyeshadow and eyeliner don't crease or smear all day long, and they stay neat. Even when my skin gets oily, the makeup doesn't slide or smear, so I can maintain a clean eye look all day without having to retouch it. The travel size is small and light, so it's convenient to carry around in my pouch. It's perfect for travel use as well as daily use. I use around shade 15 or 17 for my cool-toned skin.

The eyeshadow has great pigmentation! So it seems to depend on how you use it - it's quite nice if used well, but not using it is better than using it poorly haha The texture is smooth and blendable. A little goes a long way haha The case is cute too!
Cons
It feels like something only makeup experts should use? The eyeshadow has great color payoff and longevity, but it lacks that delicate feel 🙂

Pros
I purchased this because my eyes tend to smudge easily! It helps enhance the eyeshadow pigmentation. The eye makeup also seems to last longer when I apply it. My mascara used to smudge a lot, but it seems to smudge a little less after using this product (though it doesn't completely prevent smudging). It has a fairly moisturizing formula, so it applies smoothly without being difficult to use.
Cons
The price is quite expensive..! Of course, since I only need to use a tiny amount each time, it will likely last a long time, but it's not an inexpensive price.
Tip
If you gently sweep it over your eyelids, inner corners, and under-eye area, the longevity will be even further improved!

It applied lightly and the actual shadow didn't smudge, which was great.
Cons
There wasn't really anything disappointing, but since I don't wear makeup often, I couldn't use up the whole 2ml sample and had to throw it away.

Pros
The Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion is pretty much the standard these days... Even if you try other products, you always end up coming back to it. It spreads evenly without creasing and really helps with eyeshadow payoff and longevity!!!
Cons
I wish it came in a mini size like a squeeze tube. The wand-type packaging is not very hygienic and makes it a bit tricky to control the amount used ㅜㅜ
