Pros
Packaging: The toner bottle design is absolutely gorgeous! The sky blue color is so pretty too. Texture: It's not a watery consistency like some toners. The milky white formula has a medium viscosity - not too runny, not too thick. Scent: There's a sweet aroma with a hint of freshness. Absorption: Despite its slightly thicker consistency, it absorbs well into the skin. I prefer applying toner with a cotton pad, and when I gently wipe it across my face, it feels refreshing and deeply hydrating! Even though I'm not a fan of sticky products, this doesn't feel tacky at all considering its texture.
Cons
While I got to try this as part of The Hwahae Testers program, it does seem a bit pricey...

The generous 200ml volume is a plus. It absorbs quickly when applied. 3. Product Effects Initially, I was skeptical about its moisturizing ability due to the thin consistency, but upon application, it absorbed well while leaving the skin feeling hydrated to the touch. I prefer it over typical emulsions, which often feel greasy. Applied thinly in the morning, it kept my skin moisturized until evening. I was lucky enough to be chosen as one of The Hwahae Testers! Thank you again for this opportunity. I've been diligently using this product morning and night without fail. As someone who typically suffers from extreme deep dryness, this product has been a game-changer! It effectively combats that dryness while leaving my skin incredibly smooth. Usually, I'd have to slather on layers of cream to achieve any semblance of hydration, but with this alone, my skin feels amazingly soft. It's more like an emulsion than a toner, absorbing well without leaving any sticky residue. I love that it doesn't make my hair stick to my face either! It seems to calm irritated skin quickly too. When I apply makeup over this, it goes on flawlessly! I'm absolutely in love with it and will definitely repurchase when I run out!
Cons
The only slight drawback might be that it's a bit tricky to control the amount you dispense. Other than that, I'll need to use it longer to find any other cons. It just works so well for me!

▫️Application The texture feels like an emulsion with lots of water added... It's not quite watery, but not thick either. This unique consistency makes it incredibly smooth to apply - it's really impressive! Absorption While it doesn't absorb lightning-fast, considering its texture, it sinks in remarkably well! ▫️Hydration It's far more hydrating than your average toner! It leaves skin feeling moisturized without being sticky - such a pleasant sensation. While you can't expect a toner to provide intense hydration, I found this one to be exceptionally good at keeping skin hydrated! As someone with combination dehydrated skin and oily patches, I prefer lightweight skincare. This toner alone felt great, and when I finished with a serum or ampoule, my skin felt deeply hydrated without any deep dryness. Above all, the packaging is absolutely stunning - it's gorgeous!
Cons
I haven't found any downsides yet, but I'll update after using it more! However, based on my experience so far, I doubt I'll find any issues... If I remain satisfied, I'm planning to repurchase!

The texture is lighter than an essence but has more body than a toner. It spreads smoothly, leaving a moisturized feel, and absorbs well into the skin!
