I applied it thinly, worried that a thick layer might cause pilling. As the instructions state, it dries within 5 minutes, but during that time, your skin feels extremely dry. After-use review: I applied it to all types of blemishes - inflamed, pustular, whiteheads, and areas that were just starting to redden. While there wasn't a dramatic improvement the next day (let's not expect miracles from skincare products), it felt like it created a protective barrier over the troubled areas. It can be a bit bothersome to use every day, though. Overall impression: Although it requires some effort, I plan to use it consistently 2-3 times a week since it's just a cream application, not an irritating spot treatment. I'm writing this review right after using it, but for acne treatments, a longer-term review would show skin changes more accurately. I feel a bit rushed writing this so soon. After it dries completely, you can apply moisturizer, sunscreen, and base makeup without significant pilling. It's nice that you can still apply makeup over blemishes. The individually packaged, double-ended cotton swabs are really useful and the sterile packaging provides extra reassurance.
ConsThe next day, removing it during cleansing can be challenging. It's like peeling off a sticker, which isn't easy. This might be due to uneven application. You need to keep rubbing it off, which could potentially irritate the skin.
TipWhen do you find time for this during busy mornings? You might want to consider applying it in the morning and removing it during your evening cleanse instead, as the removal process can be time-consuming.

When I first opened the lid, I was surprised to see a slightly runny, yellowish cream-like substance. I was skeptical at first, wondering if it would actually set. I applied it to my nose where I felt a blemish coming on, and to my surprise, it dried quickly and was barely noticeable. The first photo shows the cream patch applied - you can hardly see it at all! I tried to make it visible in the photo, but it's so discreet. After using it for about two days, I noticed the redness on my nose had significantly reduced - that's what you see in the second photo. I even tried applying a thicker layer before bed, and it still dried quickly without being too obvious. This cream patch is definitely better for areas where it's difficult to use sticker patches - like curved areas or places where your mask rubs. The effectiveness is quite good, and the amount you get is generous. A little goes a long way when applying. I highly recommend this for those who frequently deal with blemishes!
ConsThe main drawback is that you have to wait for it to dry, unlike sticker patches that you can just apply and go. While it dries relatively quickly, it's not instantaneous. It can also be a bit tricky with sunscreen or makeup. It doesn't completely rub off or fall away, but you do need to be a bit careful when applying makeup over it. (You don't need to be extremely cautious though - I tried applying makeup as usual and it didn't rub off or fall away significantly.) In conclusion, it might be challenging to use when you're in a rush, but that's somewhat unavoidable with a cream patch format.

While it seems to have a calming effect, there's no noticeable improvement, which is disappointing. I think I'll need to use it more consistently to see better results! On the positive side, I appreciate the double-cap design for hygiene, and the gentle formula that's suitable even for super sensitive skin like mine. That's about it for the pros!
ConsThere was some irritation when removing the product. While it could be easily removed with a cotton pad, I have super sensitive skin and avoid exfoliating toners, so I had to peel it off by hand. This made me worry about potential skin irritation. I tried soaking it with water, but it still didn't come off easily - maybe I'm just not doing it right. When applying sunscreen as the final step in my skincare routine, the mask formed a film that caused pilling or flaking. Because of this, I'm only using it in the evening.
TipIt takes some time to dry, which might feel inconvenient for impatient people like me! My routine goes like this: cleansing -> washing hair -> applying a thin layer of the product -> drying hair -> basic skincare. That's how I make it work!

The individually wrapped disposable cotton swabs were very hygienic. I loved that I could apply it precisely where needed. After application, it formed a protective film like a bandage over blemishes. Pro tip: Apply it right before bed. You'll wake up to find your blemishes have significantly subsided.
ConsIt was a bit tricky to use during the dry winter months, as I had to wait for the spot-applied areas to dry completely. Even after drying, when I applied moisturizer over it, the dried parts would pill and come off. This inconvenience made me less inclined to use it regularly. It's one of those products you have to make a conscious effort to use, but when you do, it does help reduce blemishes. Just keep in mind, it requires quite a bit of time and patience.

Redness is still slightly visible, as shown in the photo
Cons1) It dries quickly when applied thinly, but thicker application may take longer to dry. Be cautious if you tend to touch your face often or can't keep your hands still 2) While it's said to wash off easily, I found that thick applications came off well, but thin layers were harder to remove. Sometimes it even rolled off like dead skin cells 3) The price point is a bit disappointing... Although it comes with a sufficient amount and cotton swabs, I'd have to think twice before purchasing This product is recommended for those who can take their time with skin soothing rather than those needing quick relief

I used to always use healing patches, so I liked this aspect. - Before makeup, if you're worried about blemishes due to wounds or after extraction, lightly coating them provides protection when applying makeup. - It seemed to help blemishes subside more quickly. - It washes off completely during cleansing, so you can use it without major issues. - The included cotton swab allows for hygienic application.
Cons- If applied too thickly, the coating takes time to form and may cause makeup to pill, so caution is needed. - When applied excessively, it felt like my skin couldn't breathe. - I developed one small blemish after use, though I can't say for certain if this was the cause. - Inserting the cotton swab into the container might introduce bacteria over time.
TipOverall, it wasn't bad to use, and I think it could be a good product to incorporate into your routine once you get the hang of using it consistently.

Unlike sticker patches that can fall off and might be too small for larger areas, this 'apply and set' formula is versatile - you can use it anywhere, regardless of size. It's really handy! Once applied and set, it feels a bit shiny, like a protective coating. When you put it on painful blemishes, it seems to reduce the pain, probably because of that coating. It also keeps you from touching the area! After applying before bed, by the next morning, you'll notice the redness has subsided a bit and the blemish seems to have calmed down. If you have acne-prone skin or get stressed about occasional major breakouts, this is worth trying as an emergency spot treatment. I like that it has good ingredients. It comes with individually wrapped cotton swabs, so you can apply it hygienically.
ConsDon't expect dramatic results where blemishes disappear completely after one application (if such a product exists, please let me know!). However, it does seem to help calm them down a bit faster. They say it's easily removed with just water, but it kind of rolls off like dead skin cells? In the morning, you'll need to scrub the treated areas a few times to completely remove the product. It doesn't seem very effective on blackheads. As you use it, you might find yourself running short on cotton swabs later on!
TipBecause it feels like a coating, I'd recommend applying it at night before bed rather than trying to use it before going out.

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsFirst off, I tried this product right away as I had some blemishes on my face when I received it! What I loved initially was that it comes with individually wrapped cotton swabs, and there's a generous amount included. Secondly, I was amazed to see that the redness from my blemishes had completely subsided by the next morning. I was genuinely surprised at how quickly it worked! Thirdly, it dries quickly, so if you apply it and get ready for bed promptly, it's already dry by the time you sleep. I've seen such great results that I always use this before bed whenever I have blemishes or redness. It's so effective that when I wake up, the issues have noticeably improved!
ConsThe downside is that despite instructions to wash it off with lukewarm water the next day, it absolutely doesn't come off easily. You have to really scrub the treated area with your hand, and it comes off like dead skin cells. If you don't do this, it remains until you put on makeup, and then it comes off on your makeup sponge like grime. Even using a cleansing foam doesn't remove it well. Having to rub it off manually risks causing new blemishes while trying to remove the product that helped existing ones. Also, while it's not sticky, I noticed that dust, especially black particles, sticks to the treated areas overnight, forming a patch-like pattern.
TipI recommend applying a thin layer and make sure to check carefully when cleansing in the morning to ensure it's completely removed!
