Unlike typical adhesive patches that lose their grip when wet or over time, this liquid-to-patch formula boasts impressive staying power. I applied it in the morning, and it stayed put all day without lifting at the edges. While I can't vouch for its sweat resistance during intense workouts, it definitely outperforms sticker-type patches in terms of longevity. Hygienic care with sterile cotton swabs: I was impressed by the included individually wrapped sterile swabs. Pro tip: Open one end first, use it, then open the other end for maximum hygiene. Customizable application: Unlike fixed-size sticker patches, you can control the area, thickness, and location of application. It's perfect for tricky spots like the jawline or larger areas. As it dries, it becomes transparent, giving a peel-off mask feel. Natural ingredients: No artificial fragrances or plastic adhesives here! It's amazing how it transforms from cream to patch without any adhesive components. Even with my sensitive skin, I had no issues using it.
ConsNot so effective on small blemishes: While it seemed to work on larger pimples, it didn't do much for smaller, more stubborn blemishes. I had high hopes since it can be applied to trouble spots of any size, but it fell short in this aspect. Tricky to get the right amount: At first, I tried using just a tiny dot, but then I ended up over-applying. If you apply too thick a layer, it's easy to remove but it doesn't dry completely clear - a slight yellow tint remains. It takes some practice to get the application just right.
TipFor smaller blemishes, apply a very thin layer. With proper drying, it's possible to cover it with makeup to some extent. Just remember, thorough drying is crucial!

Skincare routines were possible without issues, and base makeup application was quite natural as well. (It dries to a dewy finish)
Cons- Patch removal Perhaps due to its strong adherence, it needs to be removed separately after washing your face. If applied too thinly, removal might cause irritation. - Drying time To test drying time, I applied it thinly on top and thickly on the bottom, checking after an hour. As you can see, the thinly applied area dried, while the thickly applied area was still not completely dry. The thin layer took about 15 minutes to dry, while the thick layer's surface dried but wasn't fully dry when pressed. - Running When applied thickly, it tends to run in the direction of gravity! - Soothing effect It wasn't effective on blemishes that had already started to appear. Although it claimed to be effective for blackheads and whiteheads, I didn't see results after 3-4 days of use. (Don't use on extracted blemishes or open wounds!)

Cons- Although it's supposed to be thin enough to apply makeup over after application, once it dries it creates a smooth surface that doesn't hold makeup well. If you do apply makeup, the shiny areas become quite noticeable. If you need to wear makeup, thin adhesive patches might actually work better. - The effectiveness of the product varies depending on when you apply it, but it's not easy to predict where blemishes will appear. I often end up applying it after blemishes have already formed. While many reviews claimed it was effective, it didn't seem to work well for me when applied after blemishes appeared, whether due to incompatibility or timing.

After applying it before bed, I noticed a significant improvement the next morning. I loved how it stayed put until morning once applied and dried. The included cotton swabs made application a breeze.
ConsThe product's texture reminds me of wood glue. It starts off white and gradually dries clear, with a sticky consistency similar to wood glue. This makes it tricky to apply and difficult to remove if applied incorrectly. Also, since it needs to be used before skincare, I had to leave my skin feeling dry while waiting for the product to dry completely.

I often get blemishes on my forehead and sometimes on my chin. It used to be a hassle to apply individual patches, but now I can cover a larger area easily, which is so convenient and great! The product comes with cotton swabs, and they're Oeko-Tex certified pure cotton, individually wrapped! After cleansing and drying your face, without applying anything else, you just dab it on your skin using the swab. After 5-10 minutes, it transforms into a transparent film that adheres perfectly to your skin. It's marketed as a preventative patch to use before acne spots appear, but I've used it on existing blemishes and experienced no irritation at all. The product contains tea tree leaf, vitamin tree oil, and salicylic acid, which are effective for soothing skin and exfoliating dead skin cells. I think it would also be great to apply this cream patch when a pimple is in the process of healing. I've tried so many spot treatments, but the ability to apply this to any area I want is its biggest advantage. When you open the cream jar, there's an extra lid inside. They say it's to prevent contamination - it's not inconvenient at all, and actually helps keep the spot cream more hygienic! While I didn't see immediate results in terms of reducing existing acne, it did help calm redness and soothe the skin. It's particularly effective when used preventatively - if you have a lot of dead skin cells, uncared-for pores, or blackheads on your nose, applying a thin layer overnight really helps calm and refine the skin! I think it's an excellent product for preventing breakouts. If you use it proactively when you're not feeling your best, it seems like it could really help prevent blemishes from forming. I'll definitely keep using this as a preventative care product!
ConsWhen removing it from the skin the next day, it can be a bit stubborn. I found that gently wiping it off with a damp cotton pad works well.

(Just be careful not to apply too much or let it dry while being active, as it can run...)
ConsI found it challenging to apply makeup over it like you would with regular blemish patches. As it dries, it tends to wrinkle a bit, so when I tried to put on foundation, it looked quite crinkled.

Here's how to use it: When blemishes appear, apply it to the affected area after cleansing and drying your face. Use the sterile cotton swab to spread it evenly. (The thicker you apply, the easier it is to remove later.) Once the cream turns transparent, you can apply your skincare products (and makeup) as usual. To remove, simply use warm water. Personally, I'd recommend applying a thin layer if you're planning to wear makeup. A thick layer can make the surface uneven and remain opaque even when dry, with a slight yellow tint. I prefer applying a thicker layer before bed rather than for going out. When worn under makeup, it feels like it creates a protective barrier, preventing cosmetics from directly touching the blemishes. The package includes sterile cotton swabs, which are thicker than regular ones - a nice touch! Unlike acne patches that are visible and have clear edges, this cream adheres extremely well once it dries. This is its biggest advantage - you don't have to worry about it falling off when you smile or move your facial muscles. While it does have a soothing effect, what I love most is how it solves the problem of blemishes around the mouth and chin area, which are common for women at certain times. These areas move a lot and have many contours, so I used to be careful not to smile much, like when wearing a sheet mask. This product is perfect for addressing that concern. It's also said to be effective for blackheads and whiteheads, so I'm planning to try it on my nose too!
Cons1. The double lid is nice, but when you open it, the opening is much wider than necessary for the cotton swab - it's completely open! This means if you don't keep it upright, the product gets all over the inside of the lid (imagine how it arrives after shipping, with product already in the grooves of the screw top...). 2. While the included sterile cotton swabs are great, you can't dip a used swab back into the product (that would defeat the purpose of them being sterile). If you have more than one blemish, you'll need to open a new swab each time. To avoid running out of swabs before finishing the product, it's best to dispense some onto the back of your hand and apply from there. Just remember to wipe your hand clean before it dries. 3. This was my mistake for not reading the instructions carefully, but this product is for blemish PREVENTION. It should be applied to newly forming blemishes, not existing ones. I applied it to all my blemishes like a spot treatment and it stung terribly! I endured it the first day, but when it still stung badly on the second day, I read the instructions more closely... It clearly states not to apply to open wounds. I had to wash it off immediately, even doing a triple cleanse with oil... My skin felt so tight and uncomfortable afterwards. 4. It's quite troublesome to remove once it's dried. Unlike patch stickers, it doesn't come off easily and requires extra attention during cleansing. If any residue is left, it looks like white flaky skin on your face. 5. After cleansing and drying your face thoroughly, you need to wait 5-15 minutes for the custard-colored cream to turn transparent. During this time, your face feels extremely dry as you can't apply anything else. This can be quite uncomfortable, especially right after washing when your skin already feels tight. Ultimately, the most disappointing aspect was that I didn't see significant results for my skin...
TipAs this is a blemish prevention product, be extremely careful to apply it only to areas without open wounds. It can be very stinging otherwise. If you're applying the product at night, make sure you have extra time for cleansing in the morning. It adheres so well that it takes some time to remove completely. I'd recommend this more for people who get occasional blemishes rather than those with widespread breakouts. Remember to use it as directed for the best results and to avoid any discomfort.

ConsIrritation: (Slight tingling sensation upon application) Price: (Considering its effectiveness, usage, and quantity, it feels a bit pricey compared to products containing benzoyl peroxide, one of the most effective acne treatments available) Patch removal: (While it adheres well after drying, it might be too adhesive, making removal challenging)
TipWhen it's time to remove the patch, avoid using your nails. Instead, soften it with water first, then gently wipe it off using a cotton pad or cosmetic puff for easy removal.

First off, my skin has small blemishes, and I've had inflammatory acne scattered around since my school days. Pros: 1. When applying, it feels more like a cream than an ointment, which I like. 2. With consistent use, it's effective on small blemishes. 3. The drying time is short. It takes about 5 minutes, I think! 4. The cotton swabs!!!! I love that they're disposable, making it very hygienic. 5. It's great that it's transparent with no color, so it's not noticeable on the skin.
ConsCons: 1. It smells like nail polish, haha! 2. When removing? They say it comes off easily with lukewarm water, but it doesn't. It's hard to remove, so I have to rinse and rub multiple times.
TipI don't have time to wash and remove it multiple times in the morning, so I applied it in the morning and washed it off in the afternoon. Actually, applying it in the morning and removing it in the afternoon seemed to help my skin heal faster, as any dirt or residue from my mask would stick to the patch rather than my skin.

My typical routine for the occasional big pimple was: slap on an emergency patch, pick at it, leave it be without any ointment, let it scab, and eventually heal over time. Recently, I've had to do a lot of photo shoots, including studio sessions, so I've been focusing more on facial care! I was lucky enough to win this product in an event, so I gave it a try. 1. The cotton swabs are individually wrapped and come with a cap, allowing for clean and hygienic use in line with the product's purpose! 2. It's not just for when pimples are forming, but also when they've turned into wounds. When applied, it forms a protective layer like a patch, making it possible to wear makeup without major issues. 3. Of course, you can't expect miraculous results overnight, but I could see faster improvement compared to leaving it untreated. It's best to apply it preemptively when you feel a blemish coming on. I'm looking forward to using this product effectively for my upcoming studio shoot!
Cons1. It hardens like a patch and requires some scrubbing to remove during cleansing! It peels off in white flakes, similar to dead skin cells. Be careful not to leave any residue, especially along the hairline! 2. As expected, it doesn't work overnight, so consistent use is necessary to see results. That's about the only drawback I can think of.
TipApply generously before bed, but avoid areas with wrinkles like around the eyes and mouth. I sleep on my side, and I noticed that the areas where I applied it formed a film-like layer, making my wrinkles look more pronounced in the morning!
