It's really cool and nice that it dries up! Other things disappear or get stuck on the pillow when you wake up, but this one hardens and doesn't do that, so it's great!
Cons
It might sting a little when you first apply it, but it's fine in no time. There's a bit of a pulling sensation when it hardens, though :(

Pros
It was much less uncomfortable to use at bedtime than spot patches that are applied or put on. I usually have a few red bumpy pimples rather than milia, and when I applied it as the pimples were about to come up, I felt like they calmed down a bit.
Cons
Personally, tea tree oil didn't agree with me, and I sometimes felt a stinging sensation when applying it. Also, while it would sometimes subside, there were also times when it came up even more severely, possibly due to the tea tree ingredient, so I'm not sure if the effect is definite.

I would recommend using it more at night than in the morning. Since it is said to be good for inflammatory acne, there was not much stinging or itching on the areas I applied it to! I used it just as I had a pimple on my face. I was very pleased that the cotton swabs were individually packaged in a hygienic way. The instructions were not actually difficult, and you just need to dab it on with the cotton swab and spread it around in a circular motion.
