Neither good nor bad
ConsThe guidebook shows statistics on how the 'cytokine' ingredient significantly impacts hair loss and thickness, but the minimum test period was 1 month. As a Hwahae Tester, I had to review after 2 weeks, so I've noted the downsides after this shorter period. - Doesn't lather well on oily scalps during the first wash Check out my tip below! - Price It would make a nice gift for someone concerned about hair loss However, I'm not sure if consumers without hair loss issues would choose this pricey product for scalp care alone if the effects are minimal - Lots of packaging waste I understand the complex packaging is part of the premium positioning, but there's so much recyclable waste - small plastic bottles, paper packages, etc. It's not just an environmental concern, but also a hassle to clean up
Tip- Always do a pre-wash! Like most low-pH shampoos, this one doesn't lather well It's fine for dry scalps, but if you have an oily scalp like me, a pre-wash is essential Do a light first wash with one pump, then use another pump for the second wash, working up a good lather This helps remove oil and dead skin cells in the first round, allowing better absorption of the shampoo ingredients - Don't add water to the ADD ON (small bottle to be mixed with the main bottle)! I was tempted to add water to use up the remaining solution, but that's not recommended!

Even using specialized scalp shampoos didn't help, but since I started using Reffield Cytokine Shampoo, the flaking has disappeared. To be honest, I'm more concerned about my sensitive scalp than hair loss. I'm a shampoo nomad because if I use the wrong one, my scalp immediately peels. If a shampoo doesn't irritate my scalp, it often leaves my hair too oily the next day, doesn't lather well, or makes my hair too stiff. I've tried countless shampoos, including silicone-free and gentle formulas. But this time, I've found the perfect shampoo I've been searching for. Reffield Shampoo seems to be truly non-irritating. My scalp never turns red or flakes while using it. Despite being made with good ingredients, it lathers well, doesn't leave my hair stiff, and has a clean, universally appealing scent. As a side note, my husband, who has fine hair and is worried about hair loss, says this shampoo gives his hair more volume and strength. We can't tell if it's actually growing more hair yet, but it definitely feels fuller. So far, both my husband with hair loss concerns and I with my super sensitive skin are very satisfied with this shampoo. Once we finish this product, I'm 100% willing to purchase it with my own money. Thank you for creating such a great product!
ConsThere wasn't really anything disappointing, but I'm curious about the ADD-on product. Can't it be sold already mixed in? Why do we have to add it separately? Does mixing it shorten the shelf life? I'm mentioning this because it's a bit inconvenient...

The shampoo formula creates a dense lather, making for a gentle and pleasant washing experience. It seems to cleanse so well that I've noticed less scalp itching after use.
ConsThe inconvenience of having to mix separate products into the shampoo makes it hard to know if I'm using the right amounts. While my scalp feels fine after washing, my hair feels slightly dry, though not excessively so. With the current weather, I'm also noticing more static electricity, so I think it's best to use this alongside other hair care products like conditioner, treatment, or essence for complete care.
TipWhen you lather the shampoo in your hands, it quickly creates a rich, dense foam, allowing for an effective wash with just a small amount of product.

The fragrance is pleasantly subtle, not overpowering or irritating, which I really appreciate. As someone who prefers moderate lather, this product produces just the right amount of foam for a perfect scalp massage. While it's marketed as an anti-hair loss shampoo, I'll need to use it for a longer period to truly assess its effectiveness in reducing hair fall.
ConsThere's a chance users might use the products separately without reading the instructions. Initially, I mistook them for regular sample products and set them aside. It wasn't until I happened to read the instructions that I realized they needed to be mixed before use.
TipSince the lather isn't excessive, your fingers can easily reach the scalp without being hindered by too much foam. For optimal results, I recommend giving yourself a thorough scalp massage every time you shampoo.
