It's not just clean, but refreshed? My hair feels softer and fluffier! • Sleek packaging The bottle has weekly usage markers. The design is clean and simple. • Hair loss Although I've only used it for a week, I'm noticing less hair fall than before. • Skin irritation Since using this shampoo, my scalp is less red, which means it's less irritating. • Dandruff It's definitely reduced. With my previous shampoo, I'd see flakes when scratching my scalp, but not with this one. That's when I realized my old shampoo wasn't right for me. • Manufacturing It's my first time using a professionally manufactured shampoo, which is exciting!
Cons• Lather While I understand that less foam is better, as someone used to rich lathering shampoos, I kept wondering if I was washing my hair correctly. • Usage markings The usage indicators are nice, but I'm not sure how useful they are since everyone uses different amounts based on hair length. It might create unnecessary pressure to use that exact amount. I'm already using about 4 pumps due to the low lather, which exceeds the weekly usage mark. To stick to the recommended amount, you'd need to use 2.5-3 pumps. • Packaging While the packaging is clean, there was too much unnecessary waste. I wonder if a system like Mi*sen He*bubble Ampoule, where you mix it yourself, would be better.
TipMassage scalp with lukewarm water for about 3 minutes Shampoo for about 3 minutes Leave on for 1-2 minutes Rinse while massaging scalp

Neither good nor bad
ConsThe guidebook shows statistics on how the 'cytokine' ingredient significantly impacts hair loss and thickness, but the minimum test period was 1 month. As a Hwahae Tester, I had to review after 2 weeks, so I've noted the downsides after this shorter period. - Doesn't lather well on oily scalps during the first wash Check out my tip below! - Price It would make a nice gift for someone concerned about hair loss However, I'm not sure if consumers without hair loss issues would choose this pricey product for scalp care alone if the effects are minimal - Lots of packaging waste I understand the complex packaging is part of the premium positioning, but there's so much recyclable waste - small plastic bottles, paper packages, etc. It's not just an environmental concern, but also a hassle to clean up
Tip- Always do a pre-wash! Like most low-pH shampoos, this one doesn't lather well It's fine for dry scalps, but if you have an oily scalp like me, a pre-wash is essential Do a light first wash with one pump, then use another pump for the second wash, working up a good lather This helps remove oil and dead skin cells in the first round, allowing better absorption of the shampoo ingredients - Don't add water to the ADD ON (small bottle to be mixed with the main bottle)! I was tempted to add water to use up the remaining solution, but that's not recommended!

The ingredients seem to be as clean as its appearance ⭐️ I'm the type who scrutinizes shampoo ingredients as carefully as I do skincare products, since it touches the scalp, which is also skin! When using this, I didn't experience any blemishes or dandruff due to the ingredients. Some shampoos can even cause seborrheic dermatitis if you're not careful! But with this product, I didn't have to worry about that at all! Depending on the shampoo, you might find yourself scratching your head all day, but the finish with this one is so refreshing that I didn't have to scratch at all! Personally, I'm not a fan of strong fragrances in shampoos or body washes, as I feel it indicates a high content of artificial fragrances. In this case, the scent isn't overpowering, so I felt comfortable using it! (Those who prefer stronger fragrances might find it a bit lacking, though.) Overall, I'd rate this as "good"! It's definitely a product worth trying and potentially making a regular part of your routine. I recommend it!
ConsWhen I first opened the product, unlike other shampoos that you can use right away, this one required mixing in a few components, which was a bit of a hassle. If you dislike extra steps, you might not appreciate this aspect! Also, it doesn't lather as much as I expected, which was surprising at first. But since I care more about effectiveness than lather, I'm satisfied. If you prefer lots of foam, this might not be your favorite feature!

Due to my seborrheic dermatitis, even famous and expensive shampoos can cause itching and excessive hair loss if the ingredients don't suit me. With Refilled, my scalp doesn't itch - that's a win! ✓ After using it every morning and evening for 7 days: I definitely felt that my hair was more firmly anchored, and the amount of hair loss was noticeably less compared to when using regular shampoos. ✓ Scent: It has a citrus scent that I've smelled somewhere before, but I like it. What's even better is that it doesn't linger much if you rinse thoroughly for about 5 minutes.
Cons✓ The fact that you need to mix three separate ampoules before use might irritate those who are extremely lazy. ✓ The lather isn't very rich, so you need to pump several times. ✓ Like all anti-hair loss shampoos, the price per volume is quite steep.
Tip✓ If you have an excessively oily scalp with seborrheic dermatitis like me, washing your hair twice a day (morning and evening) will help prevent hair loss.

While it doesn't create an abundance of lather, it takes a surprisingly long time to build up residue..! (I was worried because it's moisturizing, but it's water-based rather than oil-based, so it doesn't leave buildup easily, which is great.) As someone with long hair, I wasn't particularly impressed with the lather compared to my previous shampoo. However, my boyfriend absolutely loved it, saying it left his hair feeling fresh and clean! (The user experience seems to vary based on personal preference.) It contains patented anti-hair loss ingredients, so I'm hopeful that with consistent use, it might help prevent hair loss. The fragrance is pleasant - a subtle floral scent? Interestingly, the scent lingers gently for a long time. After drying my hair and tying it up, people asked what shampoo I use when I let it down a few hours later.
ConsThis isn't a type that produces rich lather. In terms of anti-hair loss effects, it's difficult to tell quickly as it requires consistent use. - After finishing one bottle, it seems to be effective! I've tried many anti-hair loss shampoos, but this is the first time I've seen such noticeable results... My part line used to look sparse, but now it seems more filled in? That's why I decided to purchase it again with my own money!! While I appreciate mixing the patented ingredients right before use, it does create a lot of waste, which is inconvenient.
TipIt's better to use a generous amount when pumping..
