It's moisturizing yet refreshing, leaving your scalp feeling clean and hydrated. You don't need much product to create a rich lather. Highly recommended! Fragrance: The scent is absolutely delightful - fresh and pleasant with herbal notes and a hint of men's cologne (but in a good way, perfectly suitable for women too!). The fragrance and texture alone make me want to repurchase. Plus, it's similar to Aesop's Tacit scent... What a fantastic discovery! Anti-Hair Loss Effects: While I've been using this brand's tonic product alongside the shampoo, so I can't speak to the shampoo's effects alone, I've definitely noticed more baby hairs, less shedding, and a healthier scalp overall! I've just purchased the shampoo alone this time, so I'll update after about a month of use. Price: It's available at various retailers, and from what I've observed, the best price I've seen is in the early to mid-20,000 won range per bottle.
ConsThe shampoo requires you to add an ampoule-like product directly, which makes me wonder if there's a specific reason for this. Personally, I find it a bit inconvenient and would prefer if it came pre-mixed. It also creates more waste, which I'm not fond of. Additionally, I wish they would introduce refill options to reduce waste.
TipThey offer regular discounts, so I recommend purchasing when it's on sale for the best value.

Neither good nor bad
ConsThe guidebook shows statistics on how the 'cytokine' ingredient significantly impacts hair loss and thickness, but the minimum test period was 1 month. As a Hwahae Tester, I had to review after 2 weeks, so I've noted the downsides after this shorter period. - Doesn't lather well on oily scalps during the first wash Check out my tip below! - Price It would make a nice gift for someone concerned about hair loss However, I'm not sure if consumers without hair loss issues would choose this pricey product for scalp care alone if the effects are minimal - Lots of packaging waste I understand the complex packaging is part of the premium positioning, but there's so much recyclable waste - small plastic bottles, paper packages, etc. It's not just an environmental concern, but also a hassle to clean up
Tip- Always do a pre-wash! Like most low-pH shampoos, this one doesn't lather well It's fine for dry scalps, but if you have an oily scalp like me, a pre-wash is essential Do a light first wash with one pump, then use another pump for the second wash, working up a good lather This helps remove oil and dead skin cells in the first round, allowing better absorption of the shampoo ingredients - Don't add water to the ADD ON (small bottle to be mixed with the main bottle)! I was tempted to add water to use up the remaining solution, but that's not recommended!

I'm writing this review after using it for about 3-4 days. Unlike most anti-hair loss shampoos I've used before, which usually left my hair feeling stiff and lacking moisture, this shampoo is truly hydrating. It lives up to its name - my hair feels moisturized even after washing. I also appreciate that it's fragrance-free, without that typical anti-hair loss shampoo scent. The fact that it's both unscented and hydrating made using it a really pleasant experience for me.
ConsHowever, there's one slight drawback... There are quite a few things you need to add to the shampoo, which might make it a bit challenging to use, especially if you're giving it as a gift, particularly to parents.
TipThe pump dispenser seems to release quite a lot of shampoo! A little tip: try pressing it gently for just the right amount.

While it doesn't create an abundance of lather, it takes a surprisingly long time to build up residue..! (I was worried because it's moisturizing, but it's water-based rather than oil-based, so it doesn't leave buildup easily, which is great.) As someone with long hair, I wasn't particularly impressed with the lather compared to my previous shampoo. However, my boyfriend absolutely loved it, saying it left his hair feeling fresh and clean! (The user experience seems to vary based on personal preference.) It contains patented anti-hair loss ingredients, so I'm hopeful that with consistent use, it might help prevent hair loss. The fragrance is pleasant - a subtle floral scent? Interestingly, the scent lingers gently for a long time. After drying my hair and tying it up, people asked what shampoo I use when I let it down a few hours later.
ConsThis isn't a type that produces rich lather. In terms of anti-hair loss effects, it's difficult to tell quickly as it requires consistent use. - After finishing one bottle, it seems to be effective! I've tried many anti-hair loss shampoos, but this is the first time I've seen such noticeable results... My part line used to look sparse, but now it seems more filled in? That's why I decided to purchase it again with my own money!! While I appreciate mixing the patented ingredients right before use, it does create a lot of waste, which is inconvenient.
TipIt's better to use a generous amount when pumping..
