As soon as I received it, I loved the packaging because it matched my style.
The packaging was unique, so I thought it would be fun to unwrap it as a gift.
The scent is not overpowering, but has a refreshing soap-like fragrance that I personally enjoyed.
The shampoo I used previously produced a lot of lather, but this one doesn't lather as much, though it's not a major concern.
From the moment I started washing my hair, I noticed that it didn't feel as tangled or lacking in moisture as with other shampoos. Since this is a moisturizing shampoo, it left my hair feeling soft and smooth, with less tangling.

The displayed usage amount is helpful, but hair length can vary how much shampoo is needed. I feel like I might develop an obsession with using the exact amount shown. Even though I use about 4 pumps, that's already more than the weekly amount they suggest. If you really want to use the displayed amount, you'd probably need to use only 2-3 pumps.

The packaging is clean, but there's too much unnecessary waste. It would have been better if it was a concentrated formula like some micellar hair bubble ampoules, where you just have to mix and use.

I've heard that less lather is better! This is the least lathering shampoo I've used so far.

 Since my scalp is super oily, even when using an oily hair shampoo, the oil still seeps out by the evening.
But with the Refilled shampoo, after washing my hair in the morning at 7am before work, and then again when I get home around 9pm, my hair already feels greasy and flat again, like the next morning.
So even though my scalp is an oil factory, the oily hair shampoo feels like the oil comes back a bit faster compared to it.
