It's more focused on brightening than other products. There's Vitamin C in the center - I wonder if it'll make a difference... Though it's meant for day and night use, I only applied it at night to avoid oxidation. Many brands claim their products can be applied over makeup, but most cause pilling. This one's advantage is its potential effect on dark spots and blemishes while keeping skin moisturized. After just a week, I can't confirm its effectiveness on dark spots, but it's great for keeping skin hydrated during winter (and seasonal changes) without makeup. Honestly, who reapplies skincare outdoors over dust-covered skin without makeup? That's asking for blemishes. As the season changes, I've noticed some dryness before bed, even after my evening skincare routine (partly because I don't over-apply products). I apply this to my eye area, around my mouth (actually, all over my face and neck) before sleep. Can't avoid some transfer to the pillow, but that's true for most products. While I wouldn't repurchase at full price, I'd consider buying it again when it's on sale.
ConsIt's impossible to completely eliminate the rich feeling. As expected from a balm, it feels more oily than hydrating. It's more a matter of preference than a real drawback!
TipApply generously with a rolling motion before bed

They used to be known for their affordable yet high-quality items, but with so many budget-friendly options out there now, I wasn't sure what made Missha special anymore. However, this product is pretty good! First off, the biggest advantage is that it's a Vitamin C product you can use day or night! Usually, these come as nighttime treatments, so it's great not having to worry about that. Secondly, it's easy to apply. Balm-type cosmetics seem to be trending these days, and for good reason - they're convenient to use and spread evenly. Lastly, it's moisturizing, which is both a pro and a con. It's perfect for autumn, but might be a bit much for year-round use. It seems to have some oil content too, so it's not just about hydration. (It would be great for now or in the depths of winter). The scent might be divisive, but I'm a fan. It has a light, lemony fragrance that's quite pleasant.
ConsThe moisturizing effect I mentioned as both a pro and a con... well, it doesn't just provide hydration, there's definitely some oil content, so I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin types. It doesn't apply in a thin layer, so you really need to work it into your skin with your hands. Otherwise, it might cause your makeup to pill. As for the advertised effects in just 3 days... well, I've used it for a week and haven't noticed any dramatic changes yet. I guess I'll have to keep using it consistently to see results.
TipMake sure to pat it in thoroughly for better absorption!

Just to note, this is my first time using an ampoule balm stick, so I'll share my raw impressions of this product. What I liked: 1. It has a refreshing lemon scent 2. Great portability, so you can use it anytime, anywhere 3. It seems to brighten my complexion
ConsWhat could be improved: 1. It claims to be effective for dark spots, blemishes, and firmness, but I've only used it once, so I can't tell yet. I'll need to use it consistently to see results. 2. It doesn't apply smoothly and feels a bit stiff 3. It's not very hydrating, and might feel a bit rich for those with oily skin

Given its characteristics, it seems like a product that women might use more frequently. As a man, I don't consider it essential, so I've been using it for a few days as an additional step in my basic moisturizing routine. ✨ Scent - As expected, the lemon scent that wafts up when you open the cap immediately gives you that 'This is Vitamin C' feeling. The fresh scent wasn't particularly off-putting, but it might be a matter of personal preference. ✨ Application - It's a solid stick-type product, and applying it felt a bit like using a lip balm. It has that characteristic slightly firm and stiff texture, but it doesn't feel too difficult to apply. ✨ Effectiveness - I've been using it for less than a week, and since I have super sensitive skin, I've been using this not as a replacement for serums or creams, but as an additional step after toner > serum > moisturizer. I've been applying small amounts only to areas with blemishes or dark spots. This method seemed to reduce irritation, but I haven't noticed significant brightening or blemish improvement effects yet, so I'll need to use it for a longer period to see results.
Cons🎋 Packaging - The glossy silver container tends to show fingerprints very easily. 🎋 Hydration and Oil Content - While it felt quite rich in oils, I didn't notice much in terms of hydration.
Tip✨ For those with super sensitive skin, this could potentially be irritating, so I recommend using it separately from your hydrating skincare products and applying small amounts only where needed!
