I really like the gel texture, and it's great that there's no white cast. It's nice that it doesn't look obvious when you're wearing sunscreen. Plus, I think it's innovative that they use paper packaging out of environmental concerns. It felt a bit sticky after application, but I think that's pretty common with most sunscreens. The scent is slightly... how should I put it... pungent? Overall, this sunscreen absorbs well and evens skin tone nicely. While there's a slight stickiness, it's not unusual for sun protection products. The eco-friendly packaging is a big plus, showing the brand's commitment to sustainability. The scent might be an issue for those with sensitive noses, but it doesn't detract significantly from the product's effectiveness in providing sun protection without leaving a noticeable white cast. - nh****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 12, 2025
Gentle and non-irritating without feeling heavy. I haven't found a better sunscreen than this one. While I appreciate the eco-friendly packaging, it's a bit disappointing that it gets crumpled and messy with use. - do****Oily SkinRecommendedMar 1, 2025
The moisturizing sunscreen formula feels soothing and hydrating when applied. It's as moisturizing as applying a hydrating cream. While it feels rich, it's not heavy on the skin. Highly recommended for dry skin types. Due to its moisturizing nature, it doesn't absorb quickly. However, if you take the time to work it in, it leaves a subtle glow as if your skin has a thin, luminous coating. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I found this worked really well in fall and winter rather than summer. It's likely to be an excellent daily option for those with dry skin. - gu******Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedSep 10, 2024
Absolutely no eye irritation!! It's truly the best.. I originally used Dr.G sunscreen but switched to this vegan sunscreen due to severe eye stinging. Not only does it not cause any blemishes, but it absorbs like water, feeling so comfortable. The fact that it also solves the eye irritation issue makes me love it even more. I'm 500% likely to repurchase... There's not much to complain about, but if I had to say something, maybe the packaging seems a bit fragile and could tear easily? But considering it's vegan, from an environmental perspective, this easily recyclable packaging is probably the right choice. - tj*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesRednessRecommendedJul 15, 2024
The lightweight formula applies smoothly without clumping. It's gentle and non-irritating, even when applied around the eyes. It absorbs well, providing hydration while feeling light on the skin. There's a slight dewy finish, but it's not overly shiny. It's gentle on the skin and easy to apply with its light texture. A decent, no-frills product. - ha******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 9, 2024
It's not too sticky and doesn't irritate my skin, which is great. I also love the fragrance. The packaging material feels a bit like paper, so as I use it, it gets dirty and turns yellowish. - ha****Dry SkinRecommendedMay 21, 2024
I'm already on my nth purchase and still using this product. I've bought it from various places like the official website and Olive Young during events, but this time I got it through Hwahae's special offer. First off, as someone with dry skin, I don't prefer drying sunscreens, so I love how moisturizing this one is. Among the chemical sunscreens I've tried (I use these because mineral ones are too drying and often cause milia), this is my absolute favorite. What's more, I appreciate that it doesn't sting my eyes. I've experienced eye irritation with other sunscreens, even those marketed as gentle. Some people worry about the paper packaging, but I've never had it tear even when carrying it in my pouch. I especially recommend this to those who dislike the drying effect of sunscreens. It applies smoothly, just like a rich moisturizer. If you're not buying it during a promotion, it might feel a bit pricey. - gy*********Combination SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 20, 2024
My face instantly brightened up! It's so moisturizing, and when I use it with a mist, I have a radiant glow all day long. Hmm... I haven't noticed any downsides yet. I'll keep using it and see! - tt******Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedApr 19, 2024
The best feature is how it naturally evens skin tone. It absorbs smoothly and doesn't feel heavy even on oily skin. No drawbacks yet. Hmm... While I appreciate the eco-friendly packaging, I'm a bit concerned about the stickiness on my hands after applying the emulsion, wondering if it'll wash off easily. - st*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 26, 2024
I really appreciated that it's ocean-friendly and comes in a paper case. The formula is lighter than an emulsion, so it absorbs cleanly. Since it's not a mineral sunscreen, there's no white cast. It's almost fragrance-free, making it non-irritating. It absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling hydrated, which I love. The paper case can get a bit crumpled with use, but personally, I found almost no drawbacks.
