Skin Type I have shade 23, dry, acne-prone skin. The main causes of my acne are dryness and diet (excessive sugar intake). Currently, my skin concerns are red and brown acne marks (hyperpigmentation). When I neglect my skincare routine, I tend to develop hard, difficult-to-extract blemishes. Reason for Purchase and Usage Duration A few months ago, I noticed that my usual cushion foundation was making my skin feel stuffy, so I bought this to go foundation-free. I purchased it in late January and have been using it consistently for 4 months. Review First off, I have extremely dry skin, and this product applies so smoothly and moisturizes beautifully. There was no flaking or cracking, and most importantly, it made my skin look gorgeous! It barely budges even after hours of wear, and there's no darkening. Instead, it blends seamlessly with my skin, making it look naturally flawless even without makeup. Applying it thinly with a beauty sponge helped minimize pores and didn't feel heavy on my skin at all. Throughout the usage period, I didn't experience any blemishes, and it felt gentle on my skin. I prefer a natural makeup look that matches my original complexion rather than an overly brightened face. Unlike other BB creams that can look grayish, this one has a natural color that was perfect for my shade 23 skin. The coverage was surprisingly good. In my opinion, it was sufficient for covering blackheads and pores. For acne hyperpigmentation, it provided a sheer coverage. I usually used this product alone, but on days when I wanted full coverage, I just added concealer to specific areas. Personally, I found absolutely nothing to dislike about this product! The coverage is good, except for blemishes like acne spots, which are not easily covered. But overall, it's great - you can just apply this and it's good to go, even when you're feeling lazy. There's hardly any irritation. I can't use other foundations as they cause me to break out, but this one doesn't give me any acne. The adherence is great - you can dab it on with your fingers and it's barely noticeable. The adherence is good. As an oily-skinned person, it's a bit difficult to use without powder. The longevity is decent, but over time, some oil does come through. It's difficult to use without powder, and it's slightly too dark for a #15 skin tone.

The coverage isn't particularly strong. It's more for daily use, applied like a sunscreen for a light effect. I bought this as part of a set with sunscreen. As the weather's getting warmer, I was looking for a lightweight product that could provide just enough coverage. I decided to try a BB cream again after a while, and I'm writing this review because I'm as satisfied with this product as I am with more expensive BB creams. Coverage: It seems to provide a moderate level of coverage, which is just right. It looks natural and works well. Application: I love that it applies more thinly and smoothly compared to other medical-grade BB creams. It doesn't feel heavy on the skin, which is great. Overall impression: This product offers exceptional value for money. It's not inferior to pricier BB creams in terms of performance. After wearing this out, people have been saying I look prettier lately, which makes me even more satisfied. There's nothing I found disappointing. Tried a sample and fell in love with it. It's not meant to be used alone, but it's perfect for mixing with foundation. When blended, it enhances the dewy glow and improves longevity. Works well with any foundation, whether matte or glowy. I had an A** brand foundation that was slightly matte and light, but mixing it with the Dear, Klairs BB cream adjusted the color and added hydration. It's also affordable, making it a great value for money product I recommend. The color is too dark to use on its own. The scent is quite strong. I've been using this for almost three years now. It's suitable for all skin types, making it perfect for light application anytime. That's probably why I've stuck with it for so long. My skin naturally has some redness and isn't what you'd call 'great' at first glance. But this product really helps control the redness, doesn't make my skin overly oily, has excellent coverage, and even brightens my complexion a bit. I think anyone without particularly dark skin would be satisfied using this! *Skin type: Combination dehydrated skin, chin acne issues, concerned about sebum/pores Natural-looking and non-irritating I used this brand regularly thinking it was just fine, but it turns out it was the reason my eyes were stinging and I felt tired every day. The staying power is also terrible. Goodbye!
