  Pros

  First off, when the package arrived, I thought the luxurious packaging would make it perfect as a gift. The bottle design is also impressive - you can twist it to reveal the serum dispenser, and twist again to hide it, which is great for hygiene! The Hwahae Testers will love that this serum has a unique texture - it's both rich and fluid. It absorbs well into the skin without pilling, which is fantastic! As for effectiveness, the weather has been quite dry lately, so I've been using this serum along with other heavier ampoules and creams. My skin does feel more resilient, but it's hard to pinpoint if it's solely due to this serum. However, I can say that my skin feels better than when I wasn't using it!

  Cons

  Regarding skin brightening and fading of blemishes, I think I'll need to use it more consistently to see noticeable results. I haven't observed any significant changes yet, but that might be due to the short period of use.

  Pros

  I deliberately waited to write this review after using it for a while! The serum is wonderfully hydrating. After application, my face doesn't feel tight at all. There's a noticeable difference between using it and not using it. If you look at the picture below, you'll see my right fist is the hand without the product, while the left hand has it applied - can you see the difference in glow? Throughout my use, I didn't experience any blemishes and it absorbs well, leaving my skin feeling moisturized. It absorbs really well into the skin. After finishing the product, I definitely plan to repurchase.

  Cons

  I don't really have any specific complaints. The container feels heavier than expected, which might give the impression that there's less product inside. The packaging uses a twist-off cap, which is fine in its own way.

  Tip

  Usually, after toner, I apply an ampoule and then a serum, but for testing purposes, I only applied toner and this serum - surprisingly, my skin didn't feel tight at all. If you apply a rich cream after this serum, it would work even better. I have extremely dry skin, but this worked better than I expected.

  The packaging is absolutely gorgeous. It really made me happy when I received it! The texture is like a sticky gel, but it absorbs instantly. You don't feel any stickiness at all. Just a few pats and your skin feels soft and smooth. The application is fantastic too. I'm currently using Aestura Atobarrier Cream, so I usually layer my skincare: cica pad, serum, then cream. These three products work so well together. It's not too rich, but I don't feel like I'm lacking hydration either. As for effectiveness, I'll need to use it a bit longer to say for sure. I've been using it daily for about 10 days, with just one to two pumps each time. I haven't noticed any dramatic improvements yet, but my skin doesn't feel dry at all throughout the day. It's not oily either... The Hwahae Testers hydration is on point! I didn't notice much difference in brightening or Inner Glow, and the anti-aging effects aren't dramatic. But the best part? No blemishes at all. I guess that's because the ingredients are so good? It's really gentle and focuses on the basics.

  The price is pretty steep. I didn't expect it to be this expensive. It might be difficult to purchase at full price. Now that I think about it, this would make an excellent gift! It's a gentle, no-frills product... and the packaging is so beautiful when you receive it!

  1) At first application, I felt a slight stickiness and thought 'Oh, this might be sticky,' but as I continued applying, it quickly absorbed into my skin. While I didn't notice any dramatic wrinkle improvement or visible whitening, after consistently using it for about 7 days, I found that my makeup applied better and my skin texture seemed to improve a bit. 2) The packaging is truly luxurious, so it wouldn't be embarrassing to give as a gift. 3) I appreciated the pump-style dispenser, which is hygienic and allows for clean, easy use.

  Cons

  While I mentioned in the pros that it wouldn't be embarrassing as a gift due to its excellent design, the price point in the 100,000 won range feels a bit excessive. Honestly, given the lack of product information and considering its volume and functionality, I question whether this price is justified. For this amount, I might be inclined to purchase a different product.

  As for tips... I'm still getting used to the product, so I don't have any personal tricks yet. For now, I think the best approach is to simply follow the instructions on the package. Just like how ramen tastes best when you cook it according to the directions!

  Review from The Hwahae Testers My skin type: Combination to oily I don't use emulsion creams except when applying makeup due to excess oil. I was surprised that although it felt slightly sticky at first, it absorbed quickly. One pump isn't enough, so I use two. It absorbs instantly without feeling sticky. What I love is that even with just this product, it takes quite a while for my skin to get oily. It seems effective for wrinkles, especially fine lines around the eyes and nose. Rather than a dramatic smoothing effect, it's more natural, but it does tighten the eye area a bit, which can cause some discomfort and occasional redness. The overall experience is pleasant - it absorbs quickly without stickiness, works well for oily skin, and while the eye area feels a bit dry, other areas feel firmer, like after using an egg white mask. I also like that it doesn't stick to my hair. After 9 days of use, if my skin feels dry, I mix it with a bit of my regular cream for added hydration without compromising its benefits or increasing oiliness.

  There's some tightness around the eyes and mouth, but it's manageable when applied like a cream. The price is a bit high, which makes me hesitant to repurchase.
