It's a transparent gel-type formula that feels reminiscent of dish soap. Despite being mildly acidic, it lathers up nicely with plenty of bubbles. While it doesn't leave your hair feeling stiff, it does provide a satisfyingly clean sensation. Although it's called a tea tree shampoo, the scent is more reminiscent of pine cones than tea tree itself. The fragrance is subtle and pleasant, but it's a shame it disappears so quickly after rinsing. The main drawback is that for a shampoo, the fragrance doesn't last at all. It seems like there's absolutely no lingering scent left on the hair after use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 15, 2024
This shampoo produces the richest lather I've ever experienced. As someone with oily hair, I always thought regular shampoos just didn't foam up much. But with this one, I finally feel like I'm getting a proper cleanse. It leaves my scalp feeling refreshingly cool. Unfortunately, the scent doesn't last long. By evening, I can already detect that scalp odor creeping back in. That's a bit disappointing. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinJun 23, 2024
The fragrance is really strong. I personally like it, but it's definitely a love-it-or-hate-it situation. It leaves your scalp feeling refreshingly cool, making it perfect for summer use. The intense scent can be divisive, and it doesn't linger on the body for too long. The cooling effect might make it a bit tricky to use in winter. If you've enjoyed the herbal scents in other products, I'd recommend giving this a try. Just keep in mind that the fragrance is even more potent than you might expect.
