This is a rich and creamy formula with excellent spreadability and a soft, fluffy texture. Although my skin is dry and sensitive, I have not experienced any breakouts, and the moisturizing power is exceptional. I am currently using my third purchase of this product.
Cons
The moisturizing effect does not last as long as I would like, so for those with extremely dry skin or during the winter months, I recommend applying a facial oil after using this cream. Additionally, it can be a bit inconvenient to scoop out the product with just your fingers without a spatula. Be sure not to lose the spatula that comes with the product.

I used to use the discontinued Dr. Jart+ Balm before. I ordered the cream balm with panthenol released by Witch Factory since it sounded interesting. It's unscented. I really like that there's no fragrance. It's silky. It applies smoothly and softly. It's moisturizing. It's very hydrating and full of moisture. It's not sticky. It applies moisturizing but the finish looks slightly powdery and doesn't feel tacky. I use it as the final step, applying it to my cheeks, eye contours, and neck area. It's so moisturizing, I love it.
Cons
Well, I think it might be difficult to apply during makeup, so I only use it at night.
