There wasn't anything I disliked about it. I absolutely recommend this product. It's the real deal!

I was worried about the unpleasant smell of panthenol creams, but this one has a medicinal scent that's not off-putting at all. It has a rich, thick texture that I really like. When I apply it during times my skin needs hydration, I can actually feel my complexion improving.

Great for applying to rough heels! With proper use, it can be a holy grail item in winter. Just be careful not to over-apply, as it can feel heavy on the skin.

The texture is so firm it's difficult to scoop out. It would be great if they included a built-in spatula storage in the lid.

What's the deal with this night cream's hydration? It's clearly a thick formula, but it's neither oily nor sticky. While it does feel heavy, if you apply your hydrating products first and finish with this, the moisture barrier is no joke. I even applied it to my hands and feet before bed, and somehow they became softer than when using hand or foot creams. I'm planning to stock up during sales to use on my feet too.
