I received this as a gift from a colleague who went to Japan! The texture is firm and elastic, so even after multiple applications, it doesn't feel sticky but rather refreshing. I've been a Hwahae patient for 11 years! It's been difficult to find a lip balm that works well for me, so I haven't been able to try many different options. This has tremendous advantages!! This is not it, but it's like a plain, ordinary lip balm. It applies smoothly and is quite moisturizing. The lightweight formula makes it easy to take out and apply when you remember to do so while outside. 👍
Cons
At first, I was quite surprised by the burning sensation, like a paste. However, after using it a few more times, I got used to it and don't really feel anything anymore.

It takes good care of dead skin and also helps with soothing. It doesn't get overly slippery or sticky, which is great! The price-to-performance ratio is also good. I bought it after reading reviews saying it's good for chapped lips! Even though it's a stick form, it doesn't feel slippery or dry out quickly, and it stays on my lips very nicely and comfortably. It doesn't feel oily or waxy, but rather has a smooth, almost glue-like application! It's sticky but doesn't make my lips stick together! It's a really unique and interesting texture I've never tried before..
