I received a gift for my coworker from a trip to Japan! The texture is firm and chewy, so it doesn't feel sticky even after applying it multiple times, and it feels refreshing. It's great for easy, carefree application! The formula is not overly soft but quite firm, making it a nice lip balm. It's non-sticky and lightweight, so it's suitable for those who dislike stickiness or heavy lip balms. I've already purchased it 3 times and have been using it well without regard to the seasons! The matte formula applies smoothly without any stickiness, and it melts at the right temperature due to my lip temperature, maintaining a moisturized feel. It contains menthol, providing a cooling sensation.
Cons
There really isn't any! While the cooling sensation may be divisive, if you want the product to be a bit more moisturizing, I would recommend using other products together as well.

There is no real stickiness. After trying other lip balms, I realized that this product really has no stickiness. The glossiness is relatively low. The Hwahae Trial Reviewer was great. It was non-sticky and nice. Even when applied to chapped lips, it didn't sting.
