As far as hydrating ampoules go, this one's hard to beat! It's also great for soothing the skin. When mixed with a soothing gel, you don't need to apply multiple layers to get that intense hydration boost.

After initially using this, I experienced a lot of dead skin cell buildup. I tried using it on and off, and it was definitely causing the issue. However, with consistent use, the dead skin cell problem did improve.

My skin is extremely dry, itchy, and sensitive. Usually, even products claiming to be gentle don't work for me. I'm using this because I heard the azulene ingredient helps calm the skin. As a serum, it's lightweight and moisturizing, and because my skin is so dry, it absorbs quickly. However, this alone isn't enough, so I layer it with other hydration-focused serums.

Try using the toner and cream together as well.

Due to its ingredients, it has a strong purple tint. The color disappears when applied to the face, but if it accidentally drips onto your clothes, it can leave stains. You need to be careful as the fluid texture makes it prone to dripping.

✔️ Purchasing options
I think the regular price is around 120,000 won, but I bought it online for just under 80,000 won. Considering it's a large 100ml size, I think it's reasonably priced - not cheap, but not excessively expensive either!
However, it's a shame that without knowing where to look, you might end up paying more than necessary.

Skin type? T-zone with seborrheic dermatitis, oily T-zone, combination dehydrated skin elsewhere, and a wealth of tiny bumps, unfortunately!

✔️ Oil and moisture balance
This is the best product I've used so far for oil and moisture balance. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, it's not enough to just add moisture, and finding that balance has been tricky. But this product pretty much solves it all in one go!
It feels a bit oily when applying, but once absorbed, it's like 80% hydration and 20% oil!
Thanks to this, I don't need to layer multiple products - this one is enough.

The texture is quite fluid - if you drop it directly on your face from the dropper, it might run down and stain your clothes. But this also means it spreads easily and absorbs well into the skin.

I'd love to buy the entire azulene line from Sante, but it's just too expensive

It's on the pricier side, but you can get it for a bit less if you keep an eye out for group buy deals.

This is the most hydrating and soothing ampoule I've ever used. Highly recommended for those with dry skin!

For best results, apply before bed, wait 10-20 minutes after it's absorbed, then finish with a moisturizing cream. You'll wake up to plump, hydrated skin the next morning!

You can mix this Centellian 24 product with their jojoba oil (or other products). As it's a lightweight hydrating ampoule with a toner-like consistency, it might feel too light for some. While it was perfect for spring and summer, I noticed a bit of tightness in fall and winter. For those who feel the same, try mixing it with an oil to combat deep dryness and add some richness. This should help balance the oil and moisture levels in your skin.

According to Hwahae, two ingredients - surfactants and fragrances - were flagged as potentially problematic. It stings a bit when I apply it. It's not extremely itchy, but I feel a tingling sensation - maybe because I have sensitive skin? There's also a slight warming effect, so I probably won't repurchase after this bottle. In my opinion, Centellian 24's cleansers and toners are their best products. This might work well for those whose skin agrees with it.

I ordered this Centellian 24 product after learning it's widely used in esthetics. I bought the set because I heard it's good for blemishes and hydration. First off, I loved the design and fragrance - it's a win-win when the scent is pleasant too! It has an incredibly lightweight texture that applies as easily as a toner, which I really appreciate. Looking at the color, I thought it would be blue, but it's actually a deep purple due to the guaiazulene content, not artificial coloring. After using it, I noticed my skin became moisturized and the product absorbed quickly, leaving a fresh feeling. Turns out it contains the highest concentration of guaiazulene at 1,000ppm, which is said to soothe and hydrate the skin. While I'm not sure about the soothing effect, it definitely provides hydration.
