The round shape makes it easy to apply on larger areas (cheeks, forehead) and it even glides well into the crevices around the nose
ConsOiliness -> As I have oily skin, there was a slight oiliness, but not to an uncomfortable degree. A quick dusting of powder took care of it. Considering it's a sunstick, I'd say it performs well!
TipThe shimmering areas in the photo show where the sunstick was applied! Keep that in mind for reference.

One of the main reasons people avoid sunscreen products is the greasy feeling and makeup pilling/caking, but this sunstick doesn't have any of those issues! Some reviews mentioned difficulty applying it to every nook and cranny, which is a common drawback of stick-type products. However, this one has a moisturizing quality, so I was able to spread it over a wider area as it absorbed.
ConsUnlike other sunstick products that have a slightly rounded middle like deodorants, allowing for smooth application from the first use, this product comes out flat. During the first couple of uses, the edges would crumble off in chunks, forcing me to spread it with my fingers, which was inconvenient. As you can see in the photo taken after the second use, there are some indentations where chunks fell off. Although I could still spread the product well with my hands, it somewhat diminished the convenience of using a sunstick. While the absorption and moisturizing qualities are good, the stick's form was a bit disappointing in terms of ease of use.
TipIf you can find your own way to 'tame' the sunstick, you'll be able to enjoy a convenient and hydrating sun protection product!

Above all, I loved that it wasn't sticky at all! It was my first time using a sun stick, and initially, it felt slightly tacky when applied. However, after a short while, it absorbed nicely, leaving my skin feeling soft and smooth, which I was really pleased with! The application is incredibly smooth, and you can really feel the cooling effect. It seemed to reduce skin heat as I applied it, which was refreshing and pleasant. Even though I have combination dehydrated skin that's super sensitive, I found it very comfortable to use without any irritation, which was fantastic. There's no white cast, so it's perfect for applying before heading out!
ConsThe rounded and flat application surface made it a bit tricky to apply on curved areas like around the eyes and nose.

So sorry about that! The scent is barely noticeable, almost unscented. It's my first time using a sun stick, and I'm thrilled that it's not greasy at all and absorbs with just the right amount of hydration! I took it with me on a recent hike - it's compact and fits perfectly in my hiking bag. I reapplied it throughout the day, and my face was the only part that didn't get tanned! I feel proud that I managed to protect the most vulnerable area. It's also fantastic for daily use!
ConsWhen I first used it, it was a bit difficult to apply as it was new, but as I continued using it, it started to absorb more smoothly
TipIt's great for carrying around and reapplying frequently! Highly recommended for those who spend a lot of time outdoors!

The format is great - it's so convenient to carry around and easy to use. I'm not a fan of sticky products, and this one isn't sticky at all. In fact, it absorbs quickly. The experience of using it is lovely - there's a cooling effect, and it feels moisturizing. It even gives my skin a nice glow. The texture is as smooth as an essence. The wide surface area makes application easy, though this could be a matter of personal preference. Some might find it harder to apply precisely because of the width. Scent-wise, it's fragrance-free, so that shouldn't be an issue for anyone. For the amount of product, please refer to the last attached photo. I've twisted it up all the way to show you.
ConsThe center is slightly concave, so when you first use it, you need to apply around the edges before you can use the middle part. Because of the wide surface area, it can be a bit challenging to apply it meticulously. When reapplying over makeup, it might look a bit oily, and if you're not careful with the amount, it could cause pilling.
TipI think it's better to use the sun stick alone on the face rather than over makeup. There's always a risk of disturbing your makeup. Usually, when I'm wearing makeup, I carry it with me and keep reapplying it on my neck throughout the day. It's really great for use on the neck.

Texture: The texture is refreshingly light! I love that it's not too sticky, which makes reapplication a breeze. I've been able to touch up when I'm out without any issues. I've layered it over my skincare, sunscreen, and cushion foundation, and it didn't feel heavy or cause any pilling. Hydration: It feels fresh when applied and keeps my skin hydrated. Unlike a previous sunstick that left my skin feeling dry, this one doesn't do that at all! I appreciate how it keeps my skin moisturized without any tight feeling after use. Application: The round stick twists up easily. Compared to the flat sunsticks I've used before, this one's curved shape makes it more comfortable to apply on the face.
ConsAs it's a stick format, I mainly use it for touch-ups. I don't usually reapply makeup often, so I'm not sure, but it might pill if applied multiple times over makeup. Other than that, I haven't found any other downsides yet.
TipIt's convenient to carry around, and being a stick, I primarily use it for touch-ups.

First off, I was impressed by how large this sunstick is compared to others - it's a big plus! It's so convenient, just a few swipes and you're done. It applies incredibly smoothly, leaving your skin feeling hydrated without being sticky. The amount of product seems generous, and there were no quality issues.
ConsI didn't experience any blemishes or issues with the stick melting. It seems like it'll be perfect for summer use.
TipI tend to use sunsticks on my body. It's super easy and quick to apply on the neck, arms, and legs with just a few swipes!

Texture and feel: It glides on smoothly and leaves a pleasantly matte finish! The stick format means no messy hands, which is great for rushed mornings when you can quickly swipe it on. It's also perfect for touch-ups when you're out and worried about sun spots or freckles. User experience: I previously used a moisturizing, rich sunscreen, so this sunstick felt slightly drier in comparison. However, it balanced my skin's oil production perfectly. My face was much less oily in the afternoon compared to when I used the richer sunscreen! Despite its matte finish, it doesn't cause pilling and works well under makeup. (I use the Amuse cushion foundation.) I think it'll be fantastic for summer use. Highly recommended for combination and oily skin types! If you have dry skin, I'd suggest using a hydrating base underneath or using this for touch-ups when you're out. I'd recommend this to: • Combination or oily skin types looking for a non-greasy sunstick • Those who dislike the sticky feeling on their hands and want to apply sunscreen quickly in the morning • People who are often outdoors and need to reapply sunscreen frequently
ConsBeing a stick format, it can collect a bit of dust on the product.

I was worried about pilling since it's a balm type, but fortunately, there was none. I was concerned that the balm texture might clog pores and cause blemishes, but I didn't experience any breakouts, probably because I double cleanse when wearing makeup. I'm satisfied with that. Although I mentioned in the drawbacks that it's difficult to apply to contoured and narrow areas, I ended up using it more on my neck. I love that it's moisturizing, and when patted in, it leaves a powdery finish without feeling sticky. My face tends to be very dry, so I usually use a hydrating sunscreen. When I applied the same to my neck, it often felt sticky, but from now on, I'll definitely be using this product on my neck!
ConsIt's inconvenient to apply on the face, especially in areas with contours like beside the nose, on the eyelids, and the bridge of the nose. The stick's surface area is too wide for these spots, so I ended up using regular sunscreen for those areas. This extra step made it a bit cumbersome, which is why I mainly use it on my neck.

No white cast and fragrance-free! 3. Easy to carry without getting on hands 4. Moisturizing 5. Doesn't cause makeup to pill or separate
Cons1. The concave contact surface is good for applying on cheekbones, but difficult for other areas 2. Lacks coverage or brightening effects 3. Hard to ensure even application (challenging to apply on nose area)
TipIf you're looking for a transparent sunscreen that doesn't get on your hands, give this a try!
