  When it comes to antioxidants, vitamin C seems to be the gold standard. It's fundamental, isn't it? The dosage meets the daily recommended intake, and it's easy to take, which encourages consistent use. This is one of the products I regularly import and take. I've noticed that when I combine this oral supplement with a topical vitamin C product, my complexion appears brighter and my skin feels more elastic.
