  Pros

  It's affordable and can fulfill 1111% of the daily recommended amount! The product I purchased seems slightly different as it contains additional rosehip powder...

  Cons

  The pill size is incredibly large! I compared it to Tylenol for reference. The surface is rough on the throat, causing a stinging sensation. Children absolutely cannot take it, and even when split, the inner fragments are almost dangerously sharp.

  Tip

  I switched to the smaller pills from the same brand. Although you need to take two, the swallowing experience is much better. I highly recommend it!
