We all know vitamin C is essential for antioxidation, right? It's also great for brightening the skin, so I always keep it stocked. I bought this one from Now Foods along with some other supplements. Taking about 1000mg a day is usually sufficient, but I'd recommend taking it during or right after meals to avoid potential stomach irritation. There's really nothing to complain about. It's cheap, you get a lot for your money - it's truly the best value for your buck. I'm just writing extra to reach the 20-character minimum. I've heard that taking vitamin C along with collagen supplements can help improve absorption.

The product I purchased seems slightly different as it contains additional rosehip powder... The pill size is incredibly large! I compared it to Tylenol for reference. The surface is rough on the throat, causing a stinging sensation. Children absolutely cannot take it, and even when split, the inner fragments are almost dangerously sharp. I switched to the smaller pills from the same brand. Although you need to take two, the swallowing experience is much better. Great for mega-dosing! I often buy it because it's convenient to purchase along with other items from Coupang. These days, Olive Young and Health & Beauty stores tend to be cheaper than Coupang, so there's not much price advantage here.
