I once had a terrifying experience where a large pill got stuck in my throat, so I've been scared of taking big pills ever since. That's why I chose this product. Unlike others, these are mini-sized, which I absolutely love!

Unfortunately, I experienced side effects and had to stop taking it after just a few doses. I developed severe constipation, which improved once I discontinued use. This might be less about the product itself and more about my body not agreeing with Omega-3 supplements.

I love the Blackmores brand, so I bought this with confidence.

One important tip though! I strongly recommend taking it after meals. If you don't, you might notice a slight fishiness. But when taken after eating, it sits comfortably in your stomach.

This product is top-notch for improving blood circulation! First off, as you can see from the pill photo, it's clear - like fresh fish oil, if you will. Surprisingly, there's no fishy smell at all. The pills aren't too big either.

I haven't experienced any side effects from taking these omegas, so as long as you don't have any discomfort while taking them, there's really nothing to complain about.

This is my favorite omega product! The capsules are small and easy to swallow. Unlike other omega capsules, there's no fishy aftertaste when you take them with water. They're so convenient and odorless that I highly recommend them for omega beginners!

Unfortunately, they tend to stick together in the bottle, which is a bit disappointing
