  A major advantage of these RTG Omega-3 capsules is their small size. They're perfect for those who struggle with swallowing larger pills. However, due to their compact nature, you'll need to take two capsules to get the full 600mg of Omega-3 DHA and EPA. There's hardly any fishy aftertaste, and they have a pleasant vanilla scent. Just take two capsules after a meal.

  Cons

  Each bottle contains 80 capsules. It would be great if they offered discounts more frequently.
