  Pros

  A major advantage of these RTG Omega-3 capsules is their small size. They're perfect for those who struggle with swallowing larger pills. However, due to their compact nature, you'll need to take two capsules to get the full 600mg of Omega-3 DHA and EPA. There's hardly any fishy aftertaste, and they have a pleasant vanilla scent. Just take two capsules after a meal.

  Cons

  Each bottle contains 80 capsules. It would be great if they offered discounts more frequently.

  Tip

  These are ideal for children who don't eat much fish, as well as for elderly individuals who have difficulty swallowing larger pills.

  Pros

  I really liked that all the omega-3 capsules were in one bottle, making storage convenient. Plus, there was no unpleasant odor, which was a big plus.

  Cons

  The only downside is that if the bottle doesn't close properly, all the capsules could become damp. But with a little extra care, this shouldn't be an issue.

  Pros

  I had been taking another omega-3 supplement, but I bought this one because it was on sale. The amazing thing is, it doesn't have that fishy smell that my old one had when I'd take it out of the fridge and not consume it right away. As someone with a sensitive nose, I really appreciate this! Plus, the capsules are smaller than typical omega-3 pills, which are usually quite long and large. That's another great feature!

  While the pills are small, you need to take two of them. This might be disappointing for those who struggle with swallowing pills. It wasn't an issue for me though!
